★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought that this spot by the “Duck River” would have grabbed the top position on my Kyoto list. Sunny day, rainy day, windy day, chilly day and even snowy day (haven’t tried it on a hot day). Calm, peaceful and relaxing. Simply love it.
