The price is also very good! The family who runs the restaurant is very friendly! Their service was exceptional and very welcoming! I would highly recommend eating here.

The family-run atmosphere was charming and friendly, and our hosts spoke great English and helped us to choose our favorite dishes. Most of the plates were familiar Kyoto fare - but done better than we've had elsewhere - and a few were interesting and new, like ray fin and jellyfish sashimi. Overall, amazing quality for the price. I just wish my Japanese was better so I could express how totemo oishii it all was!!

We were treated like family by the owners, and Google Translate overcame any language barriers. The food was varied and delicious, and exquisitely prepared. My two children, ages 8 and 10, loved it so much that they requested to go for supper a second night! Go here, and you will feel like you are guests in their home.

The restaurant is run by a family and the atmosphere is very chill. Perfect to taste Kyoto specialities. The place is a little bit difficult to locate (inside a narrow street) but do not hesitate : it’s worth a stop for dinner :)
