★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some say it's the no. 1 udon place in Kagawa. I'm not sure about that but it's pretty good. Nice outdoor area, too. Expect massive queues on weekends and public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is the first udon I tried upon arriving Takamatsu, I would’ve given 5 stars. But I tried a different place which has similar but slightly better flavor. The line was about an hour long. Not worth it for taking a long train ride there. I was on my way to Matsuyama. So that was fine with me.

I ordered 350yen udon which has egg yolk and bubble eggwhite. The stock tastes very light so I had to add a lot of shoyu. Fried stuff are 120yen each kind. The service is very fast, we didnt queue for long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been recommended to us by locals and it was definitely worth a little trip to get there. They only sell Udon, which is homemade and simply delicious. Small size (2) will be probably enough unless you are absolutely starving.

Relaxing garden atmosphere. Simplified menu with numbering 1 to 9 to choose from, for easy and efficient ordering. Good pricing for every option. Very friendly services.
Recommended to begin with the standard size (一玉), and order second/different bowl if still craving for more.
Can select either cold or warm udon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued for one hour for this udon. Firm texture, flavours are good, service too. We couldn’t speak Japanese but there was a staff who could speak Mandarin and he helped us with our orders. Love the food! Local joint — highly recommended!
