★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店も、味も、そしてお店を営まれているご夫婦も・・・全てが昭和の香りを色濃く残した懐かしさに溢れています(^^)
需要者側は何でも利便性や目新しさを求め、供給者側はそれに応えようとすることだけに必死になって、「真心」を何処かに置き忘れちゃったこのご時世において、このお店の存在は貴重です!
開店直後の朝9時過ぎに来店し、私はかけうどん大と茄子の天ぷら、家内はしっぽくそば大とかぼちゃの天ぷら、そして二人でいなり寿司(2個)をチョイス。
肝心の麺と出汁ですが、うどんは、表面はツルツルですがコシは弱め、蕎麦は香り高いのですがのど越しはイマイチ。
かけ出汁は少々薄めのブレンド出汁ですが、しっぽくの出汁は、親鳥と野菜の出汁が濃厚に出ており、正にお袋の味といった具合で絶品!(^^)
そして、何よりもいなり寿司の美味しいこと!
今は亡き私のおばあちゃんが作ってくれたいなり寿司の味と限りなく似ていて、幼少の頃にタイムスリップしたような感覚を味わえました!
また、料理を注文すると、すぐにお店のおばちゃんが、生姜をすり始め、う「良かったらどうぞ」と、丼の横にそっと置いてくれます。
こういう何気ないことが、心温まるんですよね~♪
正直、このお店よりも美味しいお店はたくさんあります。
でも、このお店よりも温かいお店は、なかなか見つからないと思います。
私たち夫婦は、また行きます!(^^)(^^)
そうそう、かけ大としっぽく蕎麦大、茄子の天ぷらとかぼちゃの天ぷら、それにいなり寿司・・・これだけ食べて900円て・・・ちょっと安すぎません???(・・;)☝

The essential noodles and soup stock are the udon noodles, which have a smooth surface but are less chewy, and the soba noodles are fragrant, but the throat is not good.
The soup stock is a slightly thin blended soup stock, but the soup stock of the tail is rich in the soup stock of parent birds and vegetables, and it is exquisite in the taste of a bag! (^^)
And above all, the deliciousness of sushi!
The taste of sushi, which my late grandmother wants to make, is infinitely similar to that of sushi, and I felt like I was back in time when I was a child!
Also, as soon as you order the food, the lady at the restaurant will start rubbing the ginger and gently put it next to the bowl, saying "If you like it, please."
This kind of casual thing warms my heart ~ ♪
To be honest, there are many restaurants that are more delicious than this one.
However, I don't think it's easy to find a store that is warmer than this one.

私は、しっぽくそば&カボチャの天ぷら、主人はかけうどん&なすの天ぷら、それから、2人で2個入りのいなり寿司を分けて食べました。
まずビックリしたのが、値段の安さ!?
他のお店にも、しっぽくを出している所はありますが、1番安いのではないでしょうか!?
味はどうかな?と思い食べましたが、しっぽくのダシは、じっくり煮込まれた親鳥とお野菜のダシがよく出て、美味しかったです。
ただ、お蕎麦は少しすすりづらかったので、次回はしっぽくうどんにしてみようと思ってます。

流行りの麺とは違うものの、優しいご夫婦が営む地元感あふれる良いお店ですよ。

しっぽくうどんを頂きました。
麺はあまりコシや弾力の無い麺です。
出汁は薄味で角の無いマイルドな味わい。
しっぽくの具材は味がしっかりしみてて旨いです。
お店の雰囲気は昔ながらのうどん店であり
観光客に勧めるようなお店ではありませんが
地元の常連さんには愛されるお店かと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ「手打ちうどん たにもと」は国道11号「高松南バイパス」を坂出方面から東へ進み、左手に「ほっともっと国分寺店」、右手に「ラーメン工房りょう花 高松国分寺店」の直ぐ直前の信号を右折、南に200m程進むと道路沿い左手にあります。
本日は開店時間9:00を15分過ぎた9:15分に到着。パッと見、チョッと地味な感じのお店に見えます。駐車場も店舗の前にありますがソコソコ広く、先客も居らず無事に駐車出来ました。
目立つ看板は無いですが、国道側から進んで行くと、店舗北側に黒地に白字で「手打ちうどん たにもと」の看板が目に付きます。西側の道路沿い側には特に大きな看板等も掲げてなく入口上のテント屋根の縁に、「手打ちうどん たにもと」の小さい文字を発見。西側から店舗を眺める分にはこれで「ここはうどん屋なんだ!!」と実感が沸いてきます。暖簾も「うどん」の表記ではなく、渋~い薄焦げ茶色の小さな暖簾です。早速入店です。
店内は中央に向い合わせの長いテーブル席、右側にもテーブル席(向い合わせでない)があります。中々年季の入った店内で、私の好きな雰囲気です。また、右側の「製麺室」からはここの大将がうどんを打ってる音がして、活気を感じます。メニューを見て今回は「うどん(大)」と「ちくわ天、なす天」、「おにぎり(1個)」を頂きました。とにかくメニューがシンプルで、普通の「うどん」に「わかめうどん」と「しっぽくうどん」の3種類だけです。また、メニューの「舌代」の二文字が、店内の雰囲気にプラスして物凄くイイ感じを出してます。
ここはうどんを注文すると、おばちゃんが茹でた麺の入った丼に熱々の出汁を注いでくれて席まで持って来てくれます。天ぷらコーナの天ぷら類もソコソコの種類と数があります。「ちらし寿司」、「いなり寿司」、「おにぎり」も数が充実してます。「お揚げ」もありますが、超ビッグサイズで食べ応えがありそうです。
最初店内に入った時に大きな電気ジャーが目につき、直ぐ横に柄杓(おたまでなく)もあるので何か?と思いましたが、この電気ジャーの中に熱々のかけ出汁が入ってました。このかけ出汁を柄杓で注いでくれましたが、中々面白い光景ですね。
渡された丼の中の麺は一般的な中太よりも気持ち細目の麺です。(大)なのでボリュームもあります。エッジも綺麗です。出汁の色は濃い目の色です。
テーブル席には中くらいの大きさのパックに入った「ネギ」と、大きなパックに入った「天かす」、「おろし金と生姜」が置いてあり、「ネギ」と「天かす」をたっぷり入れました。最初に麺を一口啜ると、柔かめの麺ですが、食べやすくズルズル入る麺です。食べていくにつれ、胃に優しい感じが染み渡ります。出汁も一口啜ると良い風味が出ていて、私的な感想ですが、醤油の味が前に出ている感じがします。麺との相性も抜群です。天ぷらの「なす天、ちくわ天」ですが、どちらも冷えてましたが、うどんの出汁によく馴染むコロモが美味しかったです。
「おにぎり」も握りすぎによるお米の潰れもなく、程よい硬さのお米で美味しかったです。しかし、これだけ頂いてお会計が合計480円は結構安いと思います。うどんの(大)が240円で安い!!天ぷらがどれも80円で安い!!美味しくて財布にも優しいうどん屋ですね。うどんを完食した後、隣の製麺室を見ました。使い込まれてる機械を見て、「たにもと」さんの麺の旨さを感じました。あと「蕎麦」もあるので、次回来た時は「蕎麦」を頂いてみたいと思います。

Arrived today at 9:15, 15 minutes after the opening time of 9:00. At first glance, it looks like a sober shop. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but it is wide and there are no customers, so I was able to park safely.
There is no conspicuous signboard, but if you proceed from the national highway side, you will see a signboard of "Tanimoto Udon" in white on a black background on the north side of the store. On the west side of the road, there was no big signboard, and I found a small letter "Tanimoto Udon" on the edge of the tent roof above the entrance. As you look at the store from the west side, you will feel that this is an udon restaurant !! The goodwill is not the notation of "udon", but a small dark brown noren that is astringent to light brown. It is a store entry immediately.
Inside the store, there are long table seats facing each other in the center, and table seats (not facing each other) on the right side. It's my favorite atmosphere in the middle-aged store. Also, from the "noodle making room" on the right side, you can hear the sound of the general here hitting udon noodles, and you can feel the liveliness. Looking at the menu, I received "Udon (Large)", "Chikuwa Ten, Eggplant Ten", and "Onigiri (1 piece)" this time. Anyway, the menu is simple, and there are only 3 types of udon, "Wakame udon" and "Shipoku udon". In addition, the two characters "tongue charge" on the menu add to the atmosphere inside the restaurant and give it a very nice feeling.
When you order udon here, your aunt will pour hot soup stock into a bowl of boiled noodles and bring it to your seat. There are different types and numbers of tempuras in the tempura corner. "Chirashi sushi", "Inari sushi", and "Onigiri" are also available. There is also "fried", but it seems to be very big and satisfying to eat.
When I first entered the store, I noticed a big electric jar, and there was a cassotte right next to it, so what? I thought, but there was hot soup stock in this electric jar. He poured this soup stock with a cassotte, and it's an interesting sight.
The noodles in the bowl that was handed over are finer than ordinary medium-thick noodles. Since it is (large), there is also volume. The edges are also beautiful. The color of the soup stock is dark.
At the table seats, there are "leeks" in a medium-sized pack, "tenkasu" in a large pack, "grater and ginger", and plenty of "leeks" and "tenkasu". I did. The first bite of noodles is soft, but it is easy to eat and slippery. As you eat, you will feel a gentle feeling on your stomach. A sip of soup stock gives it a nice flavor, which is a personal impression, but I feel that the taste of soy sauce comes out in front. It goes well with noodles. The tempura "Nasuten, Chikuwaten" was cold, but the koromo, which blends well with the soup stock of udon, was delicious.
The rice balls were not crushed due to excessive grip, and the rice was delicious with moderate hardness. However, I think that the total payment of 480 yen is quite cheap. Udon (large) is cheap at 240 yen !! All tempura is cheap at 80 yen !! It's a delicious udon shop that is kind to your wallet. After eating udon, I saw the noodle making room next door. Looking at the machine that was being used, I felt the deliciousness of Mr. Tanimoto's noodles. There is also "soba", so I would like to have "soba" the next time I come.

昔ながらの雰囲気は…この上ない安心感!
素朴ながら飽きのこないうどん、
運が良ければ蕎麦を扱ってる日もあり。
値段設定は一昔前の相場といった感じ、
いろいろ食べてみても¥500-程度。
今、流行りのインパクトあるうどんでないが、
これが本来の香川のうどんじゃないかな?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate a medium serve of the regular 'kake' udon. The crumbs at this store are interesting and I suggest adding them to increase the volume of the overall meal. There is no limit on the amount of onion you can add either. I was served by an older lady who seemed very kind. The tea they served at the time was in some tea pots on the dining tables and when I went it was 'mugicha'.
Udon was a little too slick but overall tasted pretty good, better than the standard fast food Hanamaru that most people should be able to judge off of, and the soup stock was more salty which worked well for me this time.
It was 240 yen for 'futa-tama' or the medium serving (or just two servings of udon) which is a little more expensive than other local shops where it is usually 230 for 2 servings.
Tempura was 80 yen but did not look well kept.
The store also sold soba, rice balls and Vegetables in Udon (shippoku).
Would visit again.
