ノスタルジーに浸るという感じでもないし、僕にはあまり…
Going to eat with the image of "Dahachi" on its own might make it quite unbeatable.

ここへ王道の(？)太い、腰のある、もちもちの…を求めて行くと拍子抜けしてしまうかも(^_^;) かけうどんを頂きましたが、愛媛・徳島にあるうどん自販機のような、優しい味、優しい出汁。どちらかと言うと麺細め、味も薄口(薄い、じゃなく、しっかり風味がありますよ)、タイムスリップしたような店内ロケーションと相まって、ほっこりしました。 たまにこういうのもイイですね(*´∇｀*)

If anything, the noodles were thin, the taste was light (it is not thin, but it has a strong flavor), and the location in the store was like a time slip, so I was relaxed. Sometimes this is good (* ´∇ ｀ *)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝早起きして どこかまったりしたうどん屋さんないかなとマップ探してたら ん・日曜日の朝だけ？みつけたうどん屋さん おはようございます ドキドキしながら入ったら 老夫婦がいました 奥からお母さんが出て来てかけうどん下さいって言ったら まだ出汁できてないけんつけうどんしか今できんと言われたんで 出汁好きな私だけど 醤油うどん頼んだ そしたらお母さんが持って来てくれて暇なけん普段玉売りやけど日曜日だけ来てくれる人だけで店しよんよ もう８？と８？さいやけん と言いながら ネギや生姜お冷やまで入れてくれて 至れり尽くせり もうなんとも言えないおもてなし いただきます醤油うどん うまい！ん・この醤油？味に覚えがある お母さん醤油美味しいな って言ったら そやろ琴平のマルオなんや ってマルオ醤油好きな私にはよき朝でした 次はかやくうどん食べたいな?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の8時から12時までしか開いてないお店、以前12時前に行ったけど玉切れで食べれなかったので、リベンジした。
かやくうどんを頼んだら、かやくがないけど、かまんでと言われた。すると隣の席のおじいさんが買い物袋を開けてタケノコなら有るよ、と薦めてくれたけど、丁寧にお断りして、生醤油うどんにした。中太麺でコシがあり美味しかった。水は隣の席のおばあさんが入れてくれた。生姜はさらに別の隣のおじいさんがすりおろしてくれて、これがゴマよと言いながら一緒に渡してくれた。ところがうどんに掛けると一味唐辛子がでて来た。辛かったけど、それはそれで美味しかった。
