K	Kenichi Terai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年8月末に訪問しました。酒蔵見学の前にビデオを拝見しましたが、綾菊酒造の歴史、特徴が分かりやすく説明されてました。特に名誉杜士の国重弘明さんの紹介が酒作り技術の開発、継承に力を入れておられたことが良くわかりました。見学後、利き酒もさせて頂き、この杜士の名前がついた銘柄のお酒がしっかりしたこれぞ日本酒という味で購入して帰りました。酒蔵内は一部改装中でしたが、仕込み水を汲み上げていた井戸も祭られてあり、伝統を守っておられることが伝わりました。この海外のHP から見学申し込みできましたので、興味ある方にはお薦めします。 Visited at the end of August 2019.
