★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜揚げうどんの元祖はココです。目の前にしょうゆうどんの元祖がありますw熱々のつゆが入ったトックリにうどん。なるほどこのスタイルかーと納得。五目天美味いねー。ここのうどんを食べたらしばらくは他のうどんは食べれませんね。出汁が自然で美味すぎて完飲おかわりしちゃったけど喉が渇くのでやめましょうw老舗の味をいつまでもー ごちそうさま?でした。
 The origin of Kamaage udon is here. There is an ancestor of salty soy sauce in front of you w Udon noodles with hot soup. I'm convinced that this style is right. Gomoku Ten is delicious. If you eat udon here, you won't be able to eat other udon for a while. The soup stock was so natural and delicious that I had to refill it, but I'm thirsty so let's stop w The long-established taste was forever-a feast ?.

とても好きなお店です。釜揚げうどんが本当に美味しい。コロナ禍前は、たらいうどんを注文して複数人で食べるのが楽しかったです。今現在は感染症予防の観点から推奨されないのかも知れませんが、みんなで楽しく食べるというのは最高です。
うどんも美味しいですし、つけ汁もまた最高です。仕事中のランチもここで何度かとったことがあるんですが幸せな気分になれました。

I like this shop very much. Kamaage udon is really delicious. Before the corona, it was fun to order tarai udon and eat it with multiple people. It may not be recommended from the viewpoint of infectious disease prevention at the moment, but it is the best to enjoy eating together.
Udon is delicious and the soup is also great. I've had lunch here several times during work, but I felt happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.10.27に旧友に案内されて食べた「長田うどん」。「イリコだし」で食べた熱々のうどんは絶品❗️
美味しかった???で～す。
北九州で観戦した「世界体操」、「八幡浜上ちゃんぽん」、堪能した道後温泉後であってもグッド ?️
その後、案内してもらった現存12天守のひとつである丸亀城。石垣が素晴らしい香川が誇る名城ですね。台風で崩落した石垣が1日も早く復旧することを祈ります。
帰宅後、旧友から送ってもらった「長田うどん」、勿論美味しかったで～す。?????????

"World Gymnastics", "Yawatahama Champon" that I watched in Kitakyushu, good even after the Dogo Onsen that I enjoyed ?️
After that, Marugame Castle, one of the 12 existing castle towers that I was guided to. It's a famous castle that Kagawa is proud of, with its wonderful stone walls. I pray that the stone wall that collapsed due to the typhoon will be restored as soon as possible.
After returning home, the "Nagata Udon" sent by my old friend was delicious, of course. ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かな～り久々に来ました。麺が少し細くなったかな？ダシの美味さは相変わらず素晴らしかった。【あっち】の方が人気あるみたいなんですが、私はやっぱり【こっち】の方が好きですね。土曜日だと言うのにガラガラなのは少し悲しかったですね。また来たいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小縣家さんの道路挟んだ向かい側にありました。釜揚げうどんのお店です。
駐車場も広くとられてます。
先に注文→会計してからの席につきます。前はおでんがあったみたいですけど私達が行ったときはありませんでした。
出汁は少し濃いめですけど、うどんの汁気と合わさって丁度よくなります。
容器は噂の徳利。うまくできずお店の方に入れてもらいました笑
大変美味しかったです!

The container is a rumored sake bottle. I couldn't do it well, so I asked the shop to put it in.

遠いので何年かぶりにきました。
値段も適切で対応もよくおいしかったですが、他の方のレビュー通り昔と比べると、若干味が落ちている感はあるかもしれません。
うどんはコシはありますが、うどんにつゆが絡まってない感じはたしかにします。
出汁は基本的には、熱いのが普通です。
店員にいれば交換してくれます。
というか交換してください。
Old-fashioned udon shop
It's so far away that I've been here for the first time in years.
The price was reasonable and the response was good, but as reviewed by other people, the taste may be a little lower than in the past.
Udon is chewy, but I do feel that the udon is not entwined with soup.
The soup stock is usually hot.
If you are in the clerk, they will exchange it.
Or rather, please replace it.

お昼過ぎに到着
大行列が出来てます。
まず、列に並んでレジにてうどんを注文
注文すると、番号札を渡されるので
それを持って空いてる席へ座ります。
水は、セルフです。
待っていると、番号呼んでもらえて
席まで運んで来てもらえます。
出汁を入れる器に、出汁と薬味を入れて頂きます。出汁は、徳利に入ってます。
熱いので注意して下さい。
うどん自体は、釜から上げたばかりなので
美味しい方だと思います。
出汁は、めちゃくちゃ薄いです。
何十年振りかに来ましたが、昔に比べてかなり味が落ちてます。
めちゃくちゃ混んでましたので、卓上の薬味も入ってない感じで、出汁もぬるい
卓上まで、うどんを運んだ時にスタッフが確認出来てない。
入場制限もなく、コロナ感染対策も全く出来待てません。
完全な密状態。味も落ちてるし、
それが、評価が下がってる原因なんでしょうね。
何で、こんなに美味しくないのに混んでるのかが謎。
ちなみに私は、香川県民です。
昔は、釜揚げと言えば長田うどんでしたが
今は･･･。

It was so crowded that it didn't have any condiments on the table and the soup stock was lukewarm.
