蕎麦は、幅が広く平打の感じ。
特段目立ったものはない。
ツユも普通なのだが。幅が広いせいで絡みにくく、薄く感じる。
薬味は練りわさび・ネギ、天麩羅には大根おろし。
八幡屋礒五郎の七味がテーブルに常備してある。
そば湯は、本当の茹で汁。かなり薄い。
天麩羅は海老・烏賊・れんこん・ししとう、ピーマン・しいたけ・茄子。
海老は尾節を取り除き、尾肢がそのまま、先まで衣が付いているタイプ。
それ以外の食材は、小さめでまとまった感じ。
衣は多く感じるが、価格的にはこんなものか？
割り箸入れのケースは、もうちょっと綺麗にしてもらいたい気もする。
美味しいものを食べに行くという店ではなく、価格もリーズナブルで、普段の食事といった感じのお店である。
I ordered a dessert as usual.
Soba has a wide and flat feel.
There is nothing particularly outstanding.
Tsuyu is also normal. The wide width makes it difficult to entangle and feels thin.
Condiments are kneaded wasabi and leek, and grated radish for tempura.
Hachimanya Isogoro's Nanami is always on the table.
Soba-yu is a true boiled soup. Quite thin.
Tempura is prawns, bandits, lotus root, shitoto, peppers, shiitake mushrooms and eggplant.
The shrimp is a type that removes the tail node and leaves the tail and limbs intact, as well as clothing.
The other ingredients are small and cohesive.
I feel a lot of clothes, but is it such a price?
I also want the case for disposable chopsticks to be a little cleaner.
It's not a restaurant that you go to eat delicious food, but a reasonably priced restaurant that feels like a regular meal.
