★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人の勧めで来てみました。蕎麦の味はしっかりしてます。ただ、つゆの味が甘めが好きな我が家には合いませんでした。他のレビュー（Rettyだったかな）に蕎麦湯は濃くトロトロみたいなのがありましたが、出てきたのはびっくりするくらいサラサラで薄いもので残念でした。店員さんは気さくで良い感じ、そこで星⭐️+1
 I came at the recommendation of an acquaintance. The soba taste is firm. However, it was not suitable for my home where I like sweet soy sauce. In other reviews (I thought it was Retty), Soba-yu was dark and sloppy, but it was disappointing that it was surprisingly thin and thin. The clerk felt friendly and nice, and there was a star ⭐️ + 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の方の接客もとても良く蕎麦もとても美味しく楽しく食事が出来ました。遠方のため頻繁に来店出来ませんがまた来店したいと思います。
The customer service of the women was very good, and the soba was very delicious and I enjoyed the meal. I can't come to the store often because it's far away, but I would like to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと分かりづらい所にあったけど、蕎麦は美味しいかった。お店の人も明るくて接客も◎でした。上田に来たら、また行きたいお店です。
It was a little difficult to understand, but the soba was delicious. The shop staff was cheerful and the customer service was ◎. If you come to Ueda, this is the shop you want to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月29日月曜日、お昼に行きました。女性の接客がとても丁寧で気持ちよく、店内が清潔で気持ちよく食事ができました^_^
天ザルを注文して食べましたが今まで食べた蕎麦の中で一位か二位の美味しさでした。
星５以上のお店で、近くを通ったらまたぜひ寄らせていただきたいです！
I went to lunch on Monday, March 29, 2021. The female customer service was very polite and comfortable, and the inside of the store was clean and I was able to eat comfortably ^ _ ^
I ordered a colander and ate it, but it was the best or second best soba I had ever eaten.
It's a shop with 5 stars or more, and if you pass by, I'd love to stop by again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚のお見舞いに上田市へ行った帰りに、蕎麦が食べたく成ってＧｏｏｇｌｅマップで見つけて、このお店に入りました。
天ざるかき揚げ蕎麦を食べましたが、蕎麦は腰があって美味しく、つゆは好みの丁度良い味で、大変美味しく頂く事が出来ました。
こちらに来たときには、また寄りたいと思います。
When I went to Ueda City for a relative's visit, I wanted to eat soba noodles and found it on the Google map and entered this shop.
I ate fried soba noodles, but the buckwheat was delicious with the waist and the soy sauce was just as good as I liked.
When I come here, I want to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市中心部からは少し離れた隠れ家的なお店だが、石臼挽きのソバ粉を使った手打ちの二八蕎麦は、やや固めでつゆとのバランスが良いと思う。中もりそばは私には丁度良いボリュームで、ワサビとおろしの両方で楽しめて良かった。
It's a hideaway shop a little far from the city center, but I think the handmade 28 buckwheat noodles made with stone milled buckwheat flour are a little firm and well-balanced with the soup. Nakamori soba was just the right volume for me, and I'm glad I enjoyed it with both wasabi and grated radish.
