ち	ちのまる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦を食べたい！と、初めて思わせてくれた店。蕎麦にそれほど頓着がなく、昼ご飯に蕎麦、なんてのは県外からの来客をもてなすときしか行かなかったけど、ひょんなことから行くようになり、知らない間に中毒症になっていた。ここは蕎麦の香りも良いし、何より蕎麦つゆがうまい。だけど個人的にはポイント高いのが薬味。そば屋の多い上田市内でも、なかなか辛味のある大根をつけてくれるところはないし、むしろ邪魔するのでいつも薬味は使わないけれど、ここは必ず大根は使い切る。そばを引き立てる薬味の存在意義をしっかり果たしている。そしていつも優しいご夫婦に会いに行っているようなところもあります。いつまでも元気に続けてもらいたいです。 I want to eat soba!
