ご家族やってらして親切で温かいお店。色んな天ぷらが食べきれないくらいついてきたり、お漬物が手作りだったり、お蕎麦も好みはあるかと思いますが、ちょっと太めでかみしなさんに来たなと思えるお蕎麦で好きです。何回も伺ってますが、今回海老天が臭かったです。古かったのでは無いでしょうか。残念です。

口コミがたかかったので蕎麦どころの長野で期待していましたが、ちょっと残念なお味。お蕎麦はまるで乾麺うどんのようで、天ぷらはボリュームはあるのですが、揚げすぎかなぁという感じ。 最初に出してくださったブロッコリーのおひたしが美味しかったです。
I was expecting it in Nagano, which is the place for soba noodles, because it took a lot of word of mouth, but it tasted a bit disappointing. りんご畑がお座敷席の掃き出し窓から見える、落ち着いたところです。 駐車場も広く、ゆったり停められました。 玄関前、そしてお店に入ると、おっいい雰囲気と期待させてくれます。 地元の人のなごみ場になっているようで、楽しそうな笑い声が聞こえてきました。 ですが…、頼んだものがいけなかったのか?鉄鍋によく火の通らないごぼうが沢山入っていたため、ずっと口の中が苦かったです。 一緒に行った人の天ぷら蕎麦も微妙、ツユも微妙でした。 運んでくださった方や店主さんも感じ良かったのに、残念です。

蔓延防止措置とやらで土曜日の夜なのに 営業してるお店がなくて 灯りを頼りにようようと辿り着きました 鍋焼きうどんが食べたかったのですが 選択メニュー多くて迷いました とりあえずスタンダードに海老天入りを。 優しい味ですが キノコ山菜にごぼうも入ってて飲み進むほど出汁が効いてきます うどんも柔らかめですが手打ち感があって 細い太いが味わい深いです

2022.03.08 以前から気になっており、口コミ参考に初利用してみました。 田園風景の中、高峰や、菅平も眺められる良いところ。駐車場が広くて有り難い。 腹ペコだったので野菜天ざる大盛1,200円 海苔なしと言い忘れちゃった。 先ず、蕎麦切りの乱雑さに驚く。 意図的なのか?こうなっちゃうのか解らないが、太いのと細いのと何倍違うのだろう。。。 案の定、コシが強いのか茹で不足なのか。コシが無いのか茹で過ぎなのかわからない。 総じて硬めの蕎麦。しっかり噛み締めて味わってみる。風味は強いとは言えないかなぁ。 喉越しなんて試す気にもならない噛み応えが此方の蕎麦の特徴でそれが人気なのだろう。 食べ進めたら、悪くは無い。 蕎麦切りの太さを揃えたら良いのに。。。は、要らぬお節介というものでしょうね。 ツユは出汁が弱めで返しの塩気が強い。 天婦羅の揚げ方は良く言えば家庭的。ボリュームは満タンだ。腹ペコには嬉しい。 一つ!林檎?の天麩羅が印象的でした。 コスパ良く、腹一杯に出来る蕎麦でした

駐車場は広く余裕あり。蕎麦の量は並でもソコソコあります。量が小盛、並、大盛と選べるのはナイス。蕎麦は独特の食感で柔らかめ。個人的には固めが好みですが許容範囲、天ぷらの中に冷たいものがあったのが残念。
