★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏暑かったのでおろし蕎麦と鶏天をいただきました。
ここのお蕎麦は最高に美味しいです。
鶏天もホクホクフワフワサクサクで何個でも食べれそうな感じ。
メニュー変わったのかな？
天ぷらの盛り合わせが無かったのでまた食べてみたいです(前回は食べました)。
 It was hot in the summer, so I had grated soba and chicken tempura.
The soba noodles here are the most delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２回訪問させていただきました、２回とも産地の違うお蕎麦いただき感動しました、すだち、２色、ざる辛味大根、酒蕎麦前穴子、馬刺しゆ～ことなしで御座いました。
I visited twice and was impressed by the soba noodles from different origins, Sudachi, 2 colors, Zaru spicy radish, Sake soba noodles, and Basashi Yu.

（長野の蕎麦食べ歩きで月8回は行きます）
満員で待っていましたがランチが（豚どんぶり＋小盛り蕎麦＋コーヒー）
45分外で椅子もなく待たされて周りを見たら コーヒーをだらだら飲んでいる人だけ。だから待つのね。（店に入った時 全員すでに食べていた）出てきた蕎麦は量は少なめ。蕎麦食べに来たのに～！
豚丼や？珈琲屋？蕎麦屋？ 遠方から行くほどの店ではない！
長く待っても十分満足する蕎麦屋は上田にはたくさんある。
近くに蕎麦屋があるから 即 口直し！ 他で満足出来ました。
蕎麦の味？その店その店の味ですよ。それを楽しむのが長野ですよ。

(I go to eat soba in Nagano eight times a month)
I was waiting because it was full, but lunch was (pork bowl + small soba noodles + coffee)
If you wait 45 minutes outside without a chair and look around, only those who are drinking coffee lazily. So wait. (Everyone had already eaten when I entered the store) The amount of soba that came out was small. I came to eat soba!
Butadon? Coffee shop? Soba shop? It's not a store that goes from afar!
There are many soba restaurants in Ueda that will satisfy you even if you wait for a long time.
There is a soba shop nearby, so I'll fix it immediately! I was satisfied with other things.
The taste of soba? That store is the taste of that store. It is Nagano to enjoy it.

店主は外観から想像できない、矢沢永吉のファンのご様子。ギター?など陳列されています。
日によって違うのか、、今日の蕎麦粉は戸隠産との案内がありました。
ほんのり甘くて、弱めのコシ。
露はガツンと！
美味しくいただきました♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハーフで2種類のお蕎麦を頂きました。ご主人が、それぞれ説明をして頂きました。なかなか面白く欲張りに堪能しました。ワサビが美味しかったです。
I got two kinds of soba in half. The husband explained each of them. It was quite interesting and greedy. The wasabi was delicious.

席数も限られましたので、お蕎麦を召し上がりたい方はお気をつけください。
十割蕎麦も美味しく食べられましたし、そば湯の美味しさに驚きました。
そば湯まで美味しいそば屋さんは、貴重です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーそばを食べに行ったがメニューになく南蛮そば。
最初薄味かと感じたが仕上がりがちょうど良く、特に中盤七味を加えると香りが良くなる晩成型の一杯でした。
提供にかかる時間がもう少し短縮されるとより良いかと思いました。
I went to eat curry soba, but it wasn't on the menu and it was Nanban soba.
At first I felt it was light, but the finish was just right, especially when I added Shichimi in the middle, the aroma became better.
I thought it would be better if the delivery time was shortened a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野県産の蕎麦すべて１０割で提供。私は（戸隠産と、自家栽培そばの二種盛り）。相方は（自家栽培１０割とミニ豚丼コーヒーセット）でした。
同じ１０割でも産地によって色が少し違います。サイドメニューもその時々いろいろとあるようです、
All soba noodles from Nagano prefecture are offered at 100%. I (two kinds of soba, one from Togakushi and one from home grown soba). My partner was (100% self-cultivated and mini pork bowl coffee set).
Even if it is the same 100%, the color will be slightly different depending on the production area. There seems to be various side menus from time to time,
