熊	熊谷裕史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉秩父、福島会津、新潟などあちこち蕎麦めぐりしてます。今は、埼玉にすんでます。勿論、長野戸隠「うずら屋」さんなど数々の蕎麦屋さんに行きました。多分、ここがNo.1です。ただ、遠いから最近は「ららん藤岡」道の駅にある蕎麦屋さんもいいかも。 I'm visiting soba noodles here and there in Saitama Chichibu, Fukushima Aizu, Niigata and so on. I live in Saitama now. Of course, Nagano Togakushi "Uzuraya" I went to many soba restaurants. Maybe this is No.1. However, since it's far away, these days The soba restaurant at "Laran Fujioka" Road Station may be good.
髙	髙橋聖子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごーくコシがあり細くて喉ごしがよく美味しかったです。天ぷらもサクサクで塩を付けて食べてもいいので色々に楽しめます。蕎麦団子もサービスでひとついただきましたがとても美味しかったです。コシがあり甘しょっぱいタレがいいですね！駐車場も目の前にあり何台か停められます。お店の雰囲気も古民家風で落ち着いていて、ソーシャルディスタンスがとれるように座席がいっぱいにはしないようです。 It was very chewy, thin, and had a good throat and was delicious. K	Kuro Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分かりにくい場所にあるのでそこまで混んでないので穴場だと思います。雰囲気も良いし久々に美味しいお蕎麦が食べれました。天ぷら蕎麦大盛りを頼みましたが値段もリーズナブルです。蕎麦まんじゅうも美味しかったです。うずら屋などの有名店ももちろん最高ですがやはり戸隠エリアは全体的にレベル高いです。 It's a little-known place because it's in an unclear place and it's not so crowded. S	Sれいちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠でお蕎麦を食べようと平日午後1時半位に「うずら屋」さんへ行ったところ、長蛇の列！調べると早朝から予約する程の人気店らしく、断念して近くにあった「戸隠堂」さんに入りました。店構えも趣きあって素敵だし、広いお庭兼駐車場には、たくさんの草花が咲いてきれいでした。天ざるセットを注文し、硬めの歯ごたえの美味しいお蕎麦と揚げたて天ぷらが美味しかったです。麺つゆも濃すぎないので食べやすく満足できました。 When I went to "Uzuraya" at around 1:30 pm on weekdays to eat soba in Togakushi, there was a long line! When I looked it up, it seemed to be a popular restaurant that I made a reservation from early morning, so I gave up and entered the nearby "Togakushido". The store was nice and nice, and the large garden and parking lot was beautiful with lots of flowers. I ordered a Tenzaru set, and the delicious soba noodles with a firm texture and the freshly fried tempura were delicious. The noodle soup wasn't too thick, so it was easy to eat and I was satisfied.
