美味しい蕎麦を食べようとなり
戸隠そばだよね~
ということで ここに寄ってみました。
私は山菜そばを食べました。
やっぱり 戸隠は旨いな~と思いました。
水が違うのでしょうか…
ただ 量が少なめでしたが…
美味しかったんですがね?

どうせならもみじそば（全部のせ）がお勧め。横で見てておいしそうだった。
Zaru soba, it's a bocce unit. ..
Anyway, Momiji Soba (all of them) is recommended. It looked delicious looking sideways.

戸隠で食べログ高評価がついている他のお蕎麦屋さんも行きましたが、私としてはこちらがNo.1です。

I came back three years later. After all it is delicious.
I also went to other soba restaurants in Togakushi that have a high tabelog rating, but this is the number one for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hidden gem! No english restaurant but they have the pictures in the menu and the friendly chef just popped out with his translator in the ipad. Very authentic and not far from the national park and where we stayed. I adore the cold soba with tempura. Love it!
