★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家很會做炸物，天丼跟蕎麥可樂餅非常好吃，酥脆而且吃到最後也不膩，不輸專賣天丼的名店；至於蕎麥麵，因為我個人不喜歡這種麵就不評論了°
P.s即使隔壁的比較有名，我下次還是會來這家吃，省排隊時間又好吃°提醒要來戶隱的人，自己帶中餐或是認命排隊吃蕎麥麵，這裡沒便利商店，每家餐廳都得排，快慢問題而已°

濃い目の汁に細麺の喉越しが良く、すごく美味しく戴きました。
メニューには大盛りの他にもジャンボ盛りなどもあり、次回は是非食べてみたいと思いました。

・近くの有名な某店にも入れたが、そこは周りの土産屋の話をきいて違うお店へ行こうと決心。
・載せた写真のおそばを頼んで食べました。
・感想は、水を含んだべちゃべちゃの蕎麦にほとんど味のしない薄味。
私にはこれは無理。これを求めてくるのか…。私の舌がダメなんだろ。
・このお店ということではなくて、どこも基本は同じという土産屋さんの話なので、こういうものなのかということで信用しよう。
でも、私の味がわからない舌は求めないので、有名な戸隠そばはもういいかな。

お蕎麦は細くてコシがあり、香り豊かです。ツユは濃いめで鰹のダシが良く効いてます。
普通のお蕎麦の一人前の量が多いです。これは長野県に共通して言えますが。普通の量が他県の大盛りくらいかな。
ゆたか膳は、蕎麦コロッケや、小鉢がついておススメです。

そばは細くてもコシがあり食べ応えがあります。またどちらも量がなかなかある印象。
大満足でした。
