★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チカラそば1300円。雨天で身体が冷えていたので、暖かいそばが身に沁みました。だしもさることながら、丁寧に揚げられたもちが4個も入っており、お腹いっぱいになりました。店員さんの愛想、店内の雰囲気もよく、ショップもあったりしたので観光客向けのお店だと感じました。値段も相応ですが美味しかったので満足です。そばのクオリティが高く、さすが長野県って感じです。
Power soba 1300 yen. My body was cold in the rain, so I felt warm soba. Not only that, but it also contained 4 carefully fried mochi, which made me full. The clerk's friendliness, the atmosphere inside the store was good, and there were shops, so I felt that it was a shop for tourists. The price is reasonable, but I am satisfied because it was delicious. The quality of the soba is high, and it feels like Nagano prefecture.

信州そばらしいツルツル感と歯応えが美味しかった
ざる蕎麦の盛り付けは長野のざるぞばの象徴的盛り付けに信州に来た❗️って気持ちになりました。
野沢も出てきて、蕎麦湯であがって
ホッコリ美味しい戸隠そばを楽しみました!

I went to the Togakushi ski resort on my way home from the New Year holidays in January.
The smoothness and texture of Shinshu soba was delicious.
The arrangement of Zaru soba made me feel like I came to Shinshu for the symbolic arrangement of Zaru Zoba in Nagano.
Nozawa also came out and went up with soba hot water
I enjoyed the delicious Togakushi soba!
It was a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where the master rolls his own. You see them rolling the soba as you walk in. The taste is that pure soba, no tsunagi taste. Tsunagi is where they (mostly far from soba-producing areas..Tokyo, Osaka) put seaweed in the dough to keep it held together. When the soba is fresh, and when the chefs know how, no tsunagi is needed, allowing pure buckwheat flavour to beam through. Their seasonal dishes are fab, especially the autumnal dishes. And of course ninja soba, where the noodles are "hidden" under string-cut daikon radish. I never get tired of this restaurant.
