Best Soba noodle shop in japan

ヨ	ヨシヒロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての戸隠神社中社参拝後に入ったお店は、戸隠観光情報センターの方から細い蕎麦を扱うお店として紹介していただいた「徳善院蕎麦」。「かけそば」注文後のお茶と「蕎麦かりんとう」は美味しかったです。少々肌寒かったこともあってか、「かけそば」でも身体も温めることができました。「ざるそば」の「ぼっちもり」も食べやすかったです。ごちそうさまでした～❗️ 島根県の「出雲蕎麦」、岩手県の「わんこ蕎麦」とともに日本三大蕎麦のひとつとされる「戸隠蕎麦」をいただきました～。 The shop I entered after visiting Togakushi Shrine Chusha for the first time was "Tokuzenin Soba", which was introduced by the Togakushi Tourist Information Center as a shop that handles thin soba. The tea and "Soba Karintou" after ordering "Kake soba" were delicious. Maybe because it was a little chilly, I was able to warm my body with "Kake soba". "Bocchimori" of "Zaru soba" was also easy to eat. Thank you for your feast ~ ❗️ I received "Togakushi Soba" which is one of the three major soba noodles in Japan along with "Izumo Soba" from Shimane Prefecture and "Wanko Soba" from Iwate Prefecture.
m	masamasa ban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠神社の式年大祭の期間、〝まるっと戸隠〟という観光企画の1つで〝清明(さやけ)そば〟というのが有る事を知りこちらを利用しました。場所は戸隠中社の鳥居のすぐ横、人気店のうずら家さんの斜め前になります。開店は11時半(この日だけかも？)、事前に店頭の用紙に名前を書き、行列の絶えないうずら家さんを眺めつつすんなり入店出来ました。頂いたのは当然〝清明そばセット〟(税込￥2021)、ぼっち盛りの蕎麦と天婦羅、そば団子、そして参道の倒れた古木に〝清明〟と刻印、祈祷された木札が付いた特別限定のセットです。正直、蕎麦は地元の〝へぎそば〟を食べ馴れている私には、戸隠に限らず何処の蕎麦を食べても大差無いのですが、こちらの蕎麦の細いのは印象に残りました。駐車場はお店の横に十数台分位は有りましたが、この日は〝還御の儀〟の為か使えませんでした。 During the ceremony of Togakushi Shrine, I learned that there is "Sayake Soba" in one of the sightseeing projects called "Marutto Togakushi" and used this. The location is right next to the torii gate of Togakushi Chusha, diagonally in front of the popular Uzuraya store. The store opened at 11:30 (maybe only on this day), and I wrote my name on the paper at the store in advance and was able to enter the store smoothly while looking at the continuous line of Uzuraya. Naturally, I received the "Kiyomei Soba Set" (¥ 2021 including tax), the soba noodles and tempura, the soba dumplings, and the fallen old tree on the approach to the shrine, which was engraved with "Kiyomei" and a prayed wooden tag. This is a limited set. To be honest, I'm used to eating local "hegi soba noodles", so it doesn't matter where I eat soba, not just Togakushi, but the thinness of this soba left an impression on me. There were about a dozen parking lots next to the shop, but I couldn't use it on that day, probably because of the "return ceremony".
小	小佐野滋子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠神社のすぐそばにあります。蕎麦は細めでツルッとした食感。とても美味しい。天ぷらもカリッと揚げられていて胃にもたれることはありません。蕎麦汁に茹で汁を薄めて頂いた味がまたとても美味しく最後まで楽しめました。わざわざ蕎麦を食べに戸隠に来たかいがありました。 It is right next to Togakushi Shrine. Soba has a thin and smooth texture. very delicious. The tempura is also crispy and does not lean on the stomach. The taste of soba soup diluted with boiled juice was very delicious and I enjoyed it till the end. I had a chance to come to Togakushi to eat soba.
N	N noguti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠そば祭り半ざる食べ歩き４軒目、開店12時少し前に到着。4軒目は何処にしようかと迷ったが、初めての店なので開拓。直ぐに入店。Googleの口コミにあった小太りのオバサンいるかなぁ！と期待！？しつつ。うずらやさんの目の前なので、休業中のうずらやさん流れの客が押し寄せます。結果は蕎麦は少ない、柔らかい。出口で他のお客さんに美味しいですか？と訪ねられたが、好みがありますから。と返事しました。 Togakushi Soba Festival The 4th half-zaru eating walk, arrived shortly before 12:00. m	mazdaspeed 5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な接客でとても心地良かったです。お蕎麦は細麺で好みがでそうです。そばつゆが美味しく買って帰りました。来店されていた他のお客さんのクルマがパンクしていて、その手伝いをしたら待っていた私の家族にコーヒーを出していただきました。まったくお店とは関係無いことなのに…感心しました。 It was very comfortable with the polite customer service. Soba is thin noodles and seems to be a favorite. I bought soba soup deliciously and went home. The car of another customer who was visiting the store was flat, and when I helped with it, my family, who had been waiting for me, served coffee. It has nothing to do with the store, but ... I was impressed.
