戸隠の雪中埋蔵酒を購入しました。とてもおいしいお酒でした。
I came to the store because of the atmosphere of the store. It was quite a kind of sake. The knowledge about sake of the women who responded was also quite good.
I bought Togakushi's sake buried in the snow. It was a very delicious liquor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠中社そばの越後屋、大ババさんの解説で多種の日本酒購入しました。
2回伺いましたが雪中酒は外せず購入しましたが今回は真澄の突こし、真澄もいろいろ呑みましたが、これはちょっと異次元の真澄だったような気がします。が、この真澄は食中酒としてはかなりのレベルだと思いました。
単体では真澄らしからぬ喉越しだなぁと正直な感想、しかし、ちょっとおつまみを食べたみたら急変！おつまみと共にめっちゃ旨い！
お酒もいろんな呑みかたがあるなと思い知らされましたm(__)m。
真澄、恐るべし！
We bought various kinds of sake according to the commentary of Echigoya, Tobagiya Chusha.
I asked twice, but I bought the snow liquor without removing it, but this time I went to Masumi, and Masumi also swallowed various things, but I feel that this was a slightly different dimension. However, I thought that Masumi was a very good level of sake.
It's an honest impression that it isn't clear by itself, but if you try a bit of snacks, it suddenly changes! It's really delicious with snacks!
