★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内の商品は５種類の和菓子だけですが、全て試食させてもらえます。店主？のおじ様が丁寧に1品づつ説明しながら、試食させてくれます。観光案内もしてくれます。全て美味しいです。外装の箱をつけない分は値引きしてくれます。くず饅頭の[森のしずく]が好みです。季節によって、中身が変わるそうです。戸隠に行く楽しみが増えました。

蕎麦まんじゅうはふわふわ！水まんじゅう森のしずくは、チョコやカスタードや栗、季節によっては杏もあり。1口サイズながら、味わい豊かで本当に美味しいです。
蕎麦のみクッキーや落雁も、そばの香りをしっかり楽しめます。
試食もあるので、味も試せます。戸隠帰りの土産選びにぜひ。
店の前に１台分の駐車場があります。
We have a large selection of sweets made from Togakushi's specialty, soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五穀大福の看板に惹かれてお店に寄らせていただきました。気の良い店主さんが、試食をどんどん勧めてくださり、お饅頭マルっと1個に葛餅に落雁に蕎麦の実クッキーのフルコースをいただきました！（笑）なんてサービスの良いお店でしょう♪
五穀大福もちょうどよい一口サイズに甘さも控えめで美味しくいただきました！
森のしずくは季節で中身もイチゴになったりするそうです。
お話上手な店主さんにまた逢いに行きたいと思います♪

ちょうど落雁を作ってる最中だったらしく、落雁作りとはこんなにもいい香りがするんだと初めて知りました。
店員さんからおすすめされながら色々試食させてもらったもの全部美味しく、ただこれからも歩き続けるので五穀大福だけを買わせてもらい店をあとにしました
ただその買った五穀大福がとにかく穀物の香りが芳醇でとても美味しく、更にサンプルとして入ってた落雁もあのいい香りとともに穀物の風味が濃厚で絶品、今度戸隠に来る際は是非すべての商品を買って帰りたいと強く思う良いお店です。

五穀大福と蕎麦饅頭を購入。
気さくなご主人と奥様と色々お話しできてとっても楽しかったです。
蕎麦饅頭は試食と言いながら売り物と同じのが並んでいて。
ちょっとあんこがはみ出したりとか、そういうのを試食で置いてあるそうです。
なんたる太っ腹…！
五穀大福はずんだ餡があっさり、五穀の香り豊かな美味しさ。
冷凍もできるそうなのでもっといっぱい買えばよかったです。
戸隠神社に奉納？しておられるお菓子も貰っちゃいました。落雁かな？
今日は奥社に行けなかったので、また夏に伺います。絶対に！
