て	てるみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りかかって何となく美味しそうかなと入った。結構盛ってました。清潔で大変店内やトイレが気持ちがいい。トロロかけそばとざる蕎麦、天ぷら盛り合わせをいただきました。雰囲気もよく大変美味しくいただきました。 I passed by and entered that it seemed to be delicious. It was quite popular. It is clean and very comfortable in the store and toilet. We had tororo kake soba, colander soba, and tempura platter. The atmosphere was good and it was very delicious.

宮	宮田浩行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦といえばやっぱり戸隠ということで、たくさんお店がある中ここに行ってみた。店内はゆったりしていて、ちょっと待ったけどゆったり美味しく食べれました。お腹がすごい減っていたので、天ざる大盛と野菜のかき揚げ天ぷらを頼んでみた。天ざるのてんぷらは、期待値以上の品数とアツアツ、サクサクの天ぷらで、天つゆもあったけど、天ぷらの味を楽しみたくて塩で食べてみた。エビ、ヒラタケ、サツマイモ、ナス、葉っぱみたいなやつ、他いろいろとたくさんあったので、天つゆも使いながらすごい楽しめました。おそばは、しっかり締まっていて、申し分なく無茶苦茶美味しかった。そばつゆにそば湯をいれて、しっかりお腹も満たされました。うまかったー。十割蕎麦は残念ながら、売り切れでたべれなかったので、次回たべてみよう。野菜のかき揚げてんぷらは、お店の人も結構大きいですと言っていたけど、実際にはそんなに大きくないじゃんって思ったものの、最後は満腹になりすぎて危うく残しそうになってしまった。ごちそうさまでした。 Soba is Togakushi, so I went here while there were many shops. The shop staff said that the kakiage tempura of vegetables was quite big, but I thought it wasn't that big, but at the end I was so full that I almost left it. Thank you for the meal.

は	はしもとだいすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸隠そば祭りを巡る中で最後にたどり着いたお店。時間が２時を回っていたため最初店についた時「もう蕎麦が売り切れてしまい〜」と告げられたのでそば祭りの半ざる食べ歩きでも駄目でしょうか？と尋ねると、半そばだったら間に合うかも！と厨房に確認とってくれ無事最後の半ざるを食べることが出来ました、対応してくれた店員さんには感謝です。店内は開放的かつキレイな店内で、コロナ禍もあっての様々な対策をしっかりとっていられるので安心して食事を取ることが出来ます。蕎麦自体もとても美味しく、新そばだからか少し緑かかった色合いの蕎麦は香りが高く、喉越しも良くて絶品です。また蕎麦湯もまるでポタージュのような濃さでドロリとしてますが飲むとこれも爽やかな香りが鼻を通る美味しさ、たまらんんんん。。。。半ざるそばでも４皿食べると流石にお腹いっぱいで他のメニューは頼むことは出来なかったですが、また戸隠に来た際はこちらのお店に必ず再訪しようと心に誓いました。 The last shop I arrived at during the Togakushi Soba Festival.
