観光名所だから、客が入るんでしょうが、普通のところなら潰れるぐらいの質とサービスです。
カツ丼食べたんですけど、ペラペラの肉、固まった卵。駅なかの立ち食い蕎麦のほうが値段も安くてまだマシです。

まず、店員の態度が最悪。声でかいうるさい。話すときは客のそばまで行けや。感情が駄々漏れすぎ。ため息つくな！苦笑いすな！
低賃金のアルバイト君かな？
味は……ねえ。流れ作業で作ったのかなってくらいの……雑さ…。
腹が膨れればいいって人ならどーぞ。
おすすめはしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理を注文してから「しまった‥‥」と思いました。女将さんらしき人とリーダー格？の女性の方の態度がすごく感じが悪いんです。
従業員同士もギスギスしていて、お客さんに対する態度とは思えないものが数々ありました。
お昼時で混んでいてイライラしているのか、入ってくるお客さんに対して「満員です！席についても料理に時間かかりますけどそれでも良ければ奥で待って下さい！」をスタッフ皆で絶叫。
飲物らしきものを持参した外国人の方に強い口調で「持ち込みはお金頂きますよ！しまってください！」と‥‥。アレルギーか病気かもしれないのに。
また、これは親御さんが非常識ですが赤ちゃんのオムツをさっと立たせたまま交換していると近くで小声で注意すればいいのに、店全体に響き渡る声で「そこは食事する所なんで、やめてください！！」とまた叫ぶ。
居たたまれずにそのグループは食事せず出て行かれました。
正直こんな接客を日本人もですが外国人の方に見せたくありません。
食事も味がわからないくらいヒヤヒヤしていました。
すき焼きを頼みましたが、お肉がとても固かったです。
最後にまたリーダー格の方が、他のグループの方に対して「支払いは全員まとめて下さい！あ、ドアは自分で閉めて下さい！」
としてお客さんをまた怒らせていました。
せっかくの嵐山観光で残念な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シーズンオフの8月の昼頃嵐山に到着。待つ人がいないと思い、安心して入店したものの、中で待っている始末。片付けが終わっていないテーブルがほとんど。案内されたのもその片付いていないテーブルの一つ。湯豆腐注文しようにも品切れ、天ぷらそば頼んでも30分待ち。やむなく、普通のそばを頼んでも中々出て来ずに出てきたときには伸び切っている…
挙げ句にトイレまで汚い。
もう二度と行きたくない。典型的な観光地で胡座かいている店の一つ。
