お店はすぐ入れたし、ぞんざいな扱いはされなかった。
湯葉そばを購入。
出汁は普通の関西出汁で透き通っており、鰹の香り。
肝心のお蕎麦は、七割蕎麦くらい？
だいぶ茹で過ぎてしまって、口の中で噛むと、ネチャネチャしてしまう。
味で評価すると、こうなってしまう。
まぁ、この嵐山。
雅な方が風光明媚な生活をしている時代から、観光地だったのだろうし、黙っていても人が来るから仕方ないのか、、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光地で便利な場所にあり、にしんそばが900円で食べられる。実は近くにもっと安く食えるところもあるが、この丁字屋も観光地にしては充分安い。「待たずに座れる」「値段が手頃」というところに価値観を見出すなら、選んでも良いと思う。
店内は昭和の定食屋といった雰囲気。そういう店も少なくなって来ているので、そんな雰囲気を味わうのもアリなんじゃないだろうか。
特別すごく美味しいわけではないが、決して不味くはない。

量も丁度いい。この通りは食べ歩きの通りなので、ガッツリ食べると後から食べ歩けなくなるので、いいお店に出会えて良かったと思います。
お出汁も濃くなく薄くなくで全部飲みました。
湯豆腐も、美味しく頂きました。
