★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と4人でこの「鳥南蛮」を頼みました。値段も書いてなくて、情報は写真のみでした。写真で美味しそうに感じたので頼んでみると、卵丼に見えていたこのご飯はまさかのうっすいふりかけがかかっただけでした。あまりにも写真と違うため店員さんにオーダーの間違いではないか確認した所、私たちをバカにしているように弁解。
「これは容器がちがうだけよ。容器同じにしとけばよかったな。堪忍え。」とのこと。私は容器などどうでも良く、ご飯について尋ねただけなので「いえ、容器は関係ないんです」と申したところ、別の店員さんも合わさって二人がかりで必死に「このオーダーはあってます。」と言い、それの一点張りだったため私たちはとても悲しい気持ちになり楽しかった嵐山も残念な思い出になりました。
 I asked for this "Tori Nanban" with my friends. I didn't write the price, and the information was only photos. It looked delicious in the photo, so when I asked for it, the rice that looked like an egg bowl was just sprinkled lightly. When I asked the clerk if it was an order mistake because it was so different from the photo, I made an excuse as if we were stupid.
"This is just a different container. I should have made it the same as the container. Be patient." I don't care about the container, I just asked about the rice, so when I said, "No, the container doesn't matter," another clerk joined in and desperately said, "I have this order. We felt very sad because it was a single point, and Arashiyama, who had a lot of fun, became a disappointing memory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何も調べず何気なく立ち寄った店ですが、お蕎麦もご飯も田楽もとっても美味しくって驚きました。
また嵐山に来た際には同じものを頼んでしまいそうです。
I stopped by casually without checking anything, but I was surprised that the soba, rice, and Miso Dengaku were delicious.
Also, when I come to Arashiyama, I'm likely to ask for the same thing.

嵐電嵐山駅から南へ歩いてすぐ
日本料理店の平の家。
お昼ごはんによりました。
湯豆腐定食を頂きました。
他にもメニューは色々とあります。
お店は普通の広さでテーブル席です。
観光地でもありますが値段は普通です
味もそこそこボリュームも普通
コロナ前はアジア系の観光客が多く
ごった返してましたが、ここ最近は落ち着いてます
お店の方も観光客になれており
普通に接客されてます
春や秋は非常に人も多く
昼ごはんどきは混雑するので、少し時間をずらす事をオススメします。

It is a little pricey and the food taste average, not bad but not that good.
It is ok to try if everywhere is full but I think there are better options around the area.
