★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるうどんを注文したが、まるで料理の素人が作ったかそれ以下のレベルの雑な盛り付けで、挙句にうどん自体がパサパサしていて喉ごしが良くないです。これで700円は割に合いません。
店の入口や店内にも店名を表記しておらず、どこか悪意すら感じられます。(こちらから訊かないと教えてもらえない)
メニューを見ると3歳以上の子供であれば一品注文するように求める謎ルールにはとても温厚な連れも疑問を感じるほどの身勝手なルールにも仰天。
こんな店には二度と行かないでしょう。
 I ordered a colander udon, but the udon itself is dry and unpleasant because it is arranged at a level that is as if it was made by an amateur cooking or less. With this, 700 yen is not worth it.
The store name is not written at the entrance or inside of the store, and you can feel some malicious intent. (You can't tell me unless you ask from here)
Looking at the menu, I was amazed at the mysterious rule that requires children over 3 years old to order one item, and the selfish rule that makes me wonder even if I am a very gentle companion.
You will never go to a store like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is not good. All our meal taste bad. There are no toilets (I didn't figure it's possible). Be brave and wait in a queue around for another restaurant, you should be more satisfied in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little spot on the Main Street of Arashiyama. Please be patient during peak hours, you may have to wait a bit but it’s worth it. I’m glad they had English menu as we had limited japanese. My soba noodles were delicious and I thought generous portions. My brothers tempura udon were satisfying. Staff were professional and helpful. Very glad that we stopped by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little noodle store! We passed a lot of other places because they were triple the price and not a lot of food. They have a vegan menu which may husband greatly appreciated and they use a special vegan broth for those dishes. While the Yuba was a little bland, they do give you seasoning on the side to add a little spice. The curry udon was delicious though! They put pieces of I think beef or it could have been pork, tofu skin bits and vegetables. I poured some of my water in it to make it less thick and more like a broth and it was divine! There are public bathrooms nearby so it's not really a huge make or break here. It's a cute little family store that is worth patronizing and is perfect for groups with both vegans and none vegans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is wonderful! The owner also has a homemade vegan stock for the noodles and curry. I have never seen that in my 20 years in Japan. It was delicious! Of course the owner thinks it ytastes much better with the fish stock!I had the yuuba soba and green tea warabi mochi. Sooo good! Nice to find such a friendly place with vegan food too! I would recommend it highly! It is also much more reasonably priced that the restaurants in town.
