tried local Citron spirit and full body beer. Were good. The citron spirit can be quite powerful though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this restaurant on 28 April 2019 and had a a-la-carte style foods. The staff were nice and the atmosphere was good. There are many variety of foods to choose here. The taste of foods is great. One thing to know is you have to order at least one menu per person (at the age above 13 years old)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingredients were very fresh. We had the bamboo sushi set & arashiyama sushi set. Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was perfectly made. Enjoyed the matcha pudding. Staff service is also spot on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with our meals and service at Gyatei. We had tempura in a set menu style and it was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. We were offered to do the buffet or more selected menu. We decided to do just selected menu and were then seated downstairs. Space was modern and clean, and food fast and fresh. There is many different options on the menu so I would imagine there would be something to suit most tastes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mini 60-min all you can eat buffet for authentic and simple Japanese food. Definitely a good choice for big-eaters. A 20 to 30 min wait is usually expected.
