相変わらずの旨さ。秋葉原の店より広いのでこちらの方が好み。辛さ痺れはレベル1から5まで選べて5は100円増です、標準は3だがあまり辛くないと思うので辛いもの好きなら上げても良いと。
It's as good as ever. I prefer this one because it is larger than the Akihabara store. You can choose from levels 1 to 5 for spicy numbness, and 5 is an increase of 100 yen. The standard is 3, but I don't think it's too spicy, so if you like spicy food, you can raise it.

汁なし坦々麺を注文。 辛さと痺れは5段階あり調整できます。 今回は痺れをレベル4にして注文。 (ちなみにレベル3がお店の普通の辛さ・痺れ) まず、香りがいい! ナッツと山椒の香りが鼻まで抜けてきます。 そして痺れ4は、食べるほどに痺れてくる。笑 最後は舌がピリピリしてました。 美味しかったですが、次回は普通レベルでいきます。

秋葉原店によく行ってましたが今日はこちらにお邪魔しました。 坦々麺も麻婆豆腐も美味しいです。 でも、なんかちょっと匂いが気になります。 味もたぶん…何かちょっと… 秋葉原店でも麻婆薄いと思った時があり、 安定させるのは難しいのかなと思いました。

平日の遅い時間のランチに「通し営業」のお店を探してたどり着いた雲林坊。中国料理百名店の「神田 雲林」が手掛ける担々麺の専門店です。 既に16時を回っている店内は貸し切り状態。マスクを外して歌って踊っても怒られなさそうです(な訳ないですがw)。お店の外にある券売機にて『本場成都の汁なし担担麺(900円)』のチケットを購入しレッツラゴー。 15分程掛かって出てきたのは、小舟のような真っ白な楕円皿に上品な感じに佇む汁なし担担麺。箸ですくい上げると、最初から汁が全体に馴染んでいる模様。普段は広島式を食べ慣れているので、ひたすら混ぜるのが十八番になっておりますが、そんなに混ぜなくても大丈夫。 味付けは甜醤油と黒酢をベースにしており、雲林坊ならではのピリッとした酸味が後引く旨さ。1ランク上の「4」に辛増しした香辛料でしたが、自分にとってはまだまだイケるレベル。次回頂くなら「5」にしないと…。 今回はガマンしましたが、最後に多めの汁が残りますので、ご飯を放り込んだら最高の二毛作でしょうな。カウンターのみの簡素な店構えですが、馬喰横山の「虎穴」で頂くような、本格中華の匂いのする汁なし担担麺。なかなかハイレベルだと思います。

Buy a ticket for "Authentic Chengdu Shirunashi Tantanmen (900 yen)" at the ticket vending machine outside the store and let's go. It took about 15 minutes to come out with a soupless tantanmen that stands elegantly on a white oval plate like a small boat. When scooped up with chopsticks, it seems that the juice is familiar to the whole from the beginning. I'm used to eating the Hiroshima style, so it's best to mix it all the time, but you don't have to mix it that much. The seasoning is based on soy sauce and black vinegar, and the spicy acidity unique to Unrinbo is added. It was a spice that was one rank higher than "4", but it is still a cool level for me. If you get it next time, you have to set it to "5" ... This time I was afraid, but at the end there is a lot of juice left, so if you throw in the rice, it will be the best double cropping. It's a simple store with only a counter, but it's a soupless tantanmen with a real Chinese scent, like you can get at Bakuro Yokoyama's "Torana". I think it's quite high level.
