JR山手線は神田駅すぐそば、北口から徒歩30秒のラーメン店でございます。 ラストオーダー間際でしたが、快くご案内いただきました。 汁なしの担々麺が人気の様子ですが、このたびは汁ありにいたします。 紙エプロンなんぞもらいまして、まずはスープをひと口。 見た目はなかなか辛そうですが意外にマイルド、個人的にちょうど良い感じの辛さにございます。 ツルツル食感の自家製ストレート麺は、すいすい食べられます。肉味噌もちゃんとしてとてもおいしい一杯。 おかげさまで温まりました。すっかりごちそうさまです。 頼むと辛さも好みに合わせて変えられるようです。担々麺がお好きな方には大変よろしいお店かと存じます。

I love their Tantan Tsukemen (cold noodle served w/ warm spicy broth made of sesame paste) and Shirunashi Tantanmen (warm noodle w/ thick hot sauce). Carefully made broth and sauce will give you an experience of complicated and sophisticated taste. This is not what you think is "ramen."

Enjoyed the meal here but something is a bit different from their main restaurant in Akabane. Maybe some toppings in it. If you enjoy the dried tantan noodles here, I would strongly suggest to try the one in Akabane too. The staff is definitely helpful here.

Extremely delicious 坦々麺 and 坦つけ麺! Even if not spicy, the chefs understand to provide all the deep flavors and ingredients tantan noodles need. Beautiful and tasty! Just the opening hours are very unreliable! I ended up facing locked doors, when it actually should have been open, more than once.
