★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場で働いているのに、今回初めて来店。迷った挙げ句、この日のサービスメニューだった醤油ラーメン味玉入りを大盛と、日替りのミニご飯を注文。千円超えちゃった。しばし待って着丼。見るからにオーソドックスな醤油。メインは鶏かな？ ほんのり魚介も効いて、薬味の「三つ葉」がスープに良く合う。麺はストレートで個人的には少し固めに感じた。チャーシューも直径が大きなモノが存在感を示す。しかも柔らかくて旨い。ミニご飯は店頭には「鮭とワカメ」とあったが、出てきたのは「鮭と干し貝柱？」。やや甘口ながらも、これまた旨い。職場から近く、ラーメンのメニューが豊富なので、また食べにこよう。

The mini-rice was "salmon and wakame seaweed" at the store, but the one that came out was "salmon and dried scallops?" It's a little sweet, but it's also delicious. It's close to my workplace and the ramen menu is abundant, so let's come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉しょうゆラーメン830円を食べました。綺麗なビジュアルで私の好きな醤油ラーメンです。細切りされた穂先メンマがしょうゆ味を邪魔にしません。味玉は黄身がトロトロで丁寧に作られています。麺は小麦味があって食感も良く美味しい。スープも煮干しの香りと味が抑え気味でバランスがとれています。でもいまいちです。多分、コクが足りないのだと思います。スープだけ飲むとちょうど良く美味しいですが、麺と絡めると薄い感じ。このスープで担々麺を作れば美味しいかも？メニューにありました。
I ate Ajitama soy sauce ramen for 830 yen. It is my favorite soy sauce ramen with beautiful visuals. The shredded tip menma does not interfere with the salty soy sauce taste. The yolk of the taste ball is carefully made with Toro Toro. The noodles have a wheat taste and a good texture and are delicious. The soup is also well-balanced with the aroma and taste of dried sardines suppressed. But not good enough. I think it's probably not enough. Drinking only the soup is just right and delicious, but when entwined with the noodles, it feels thin. Is it delicious to make dandan noodles with this soup? It was on the menu.

店長さん？がとても感じのよい方です。
この日は醤油ラーメンを注文。
麺は細麺で食べやすく、スープがとても美味しい
メンマが不得意な私ですが、細くカットされているのでそこもまた美味しく頂けました。
地元から遠いですが、懐かしさも美味しさも堪能したく、また是非食べに行きたいと思えるラーメン屋さんです。
