g	gt gonbuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小伝馬町から歩いて2〜3分ぐらいのところにある、辛味つけ麺専門店の「つけ麺坊主　間宮」激辛推しとの事で、初見ランチにはあまり向かないのかなと思いつつ興味から来店。味噌ベースが中心のつけ麺で、夏の期間は塩もやっているようです。メニューでは初めての方は辛くない間宮つけ麺とありましたが、小さいボタンだし・・やっぱり大きいボタンでおすすめ考えるとちょい辛の普通つけ麺を選択。店長をすすめは、それ以上の辛さのようですが、初見で且つランチでは冒険ですね＾＾；麺の量は大盛まで無料で選べるようで、今回は大盛を選択。麺自体は普通のイメージですが、つけ汁は味噌でしっかり濃いめ。食べてみるとメニュー表記通りピリ辛。ただ、それが食欲をそそり麺ペースがどんどん加速していくのがわかります。スープは麺にしっかり絡んでおいしい。また激辛以上だとまたペースが変わるのかもしれません。海苔が1枚とチャーシューは細く切ったものが入っています。麺は450gでしたが、すんなり食べることができました。またスープ割はあまり入れすぎないでくださいという注意書き有。ラーメンもあるようですが、やっぱりお店おすすめの激辛以上をたべてみないと、本当の意味で評価できないかもしれませんね。初見にはちょっとハードルがありますが、全然平気と思う方はお試しを。 "Tsukemen Bozu Mamiya", a spicy tsukemen specialty store located about 2 to 3 minutes on foot from Kodenmacho I came to the store because I was interested in it, thinking that it would not be suitable for a first-time lunch because it was a spicy push.
