長	長田裕 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく、ひどい目にあった❗️店名につられて、餃子の専門店プラス中華かなと思って行きました。まず店がわからない❗️看板は、「北海」という中華料理屋で、横にちょこっと吉祥餃子の看板があり、何度も確認したら、一階が中華で二階が餃子とのこと。予約していったのたが、ほとんど詳しく聞かず、二階に行けとの指示。二階が一杯だったので今日は一階だと又下ろされた。問題はここから。餃子を食べに来たので、当然吉祥のメニューがあると思ったら、北海のメニューのみ、この中にも餃子があったので、お勧めを聞いたら、1400円強の水餃子が美味しいとのことだったが量が多いのではと聞いたら、小さいから大丈夫とのこと。普通の焼き餃子とビールを注文。結局吉祥の餃子は頼めず。どちらもそこそこ美味しかったからいいものの、何種類かの餃子とポッピーをイメージして行ったので、欲求不満。中国人のスタッフは、ちょっと複雑な話(gotoeatやgototravel)になると通じない。おまけにクレジットカードで決済しようと出したら10000円以上でないと使えないと言う。どこにそんなことが書いてあるのか尋ねてもちんぷんかんぷん❗️適当に店を選んだ自分恨み、後悔ばかりの初gotoeatでした。 Anyway, because of the terrible ❗️ store name, I thought it was a gyoza specialty store plus Chinese food. は	はせたく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約サイトからコースを予約してお店に行ったのですが、日本語がカタコトの店員さんに「そんなコースはやってない、あなたの予約は入ってない、料理は提供できない」と言われました。ちゃんと予約が確定している画面を見せても、全く話を聞いてもらえませんでした。なぜ提供できないコースが予約できるようになっていたのか、なぜ予約後に1度も連絡をくれなかったのか、質問しても全く話を聞いてもらえませんでした。店員の私に対する態度はかなり酷いものでした。話にならないので店の上司（オーナー）や予約サイト問い合わせ窓口の電話番号を教えてくれと言っても、ワカラナイと言い教えてくれません。わざわざ遠くから電車に乗ってご飯を食べるためだけに来たのに、この対応はあんまりです。少し話を続けていると、警察を呼べということになったので、110番をして警察の方に来てもらい一緒に話をしました。すると店員が店のオーナーの電話番号を教えてきたので、オーナーと話をすることにしました。結局どうしても料理は提供できないとのことなので、オーナーが店までの交通費を支払う、ということでこの件は解決しました。このお店を予約するのなら、予約したコースは本当に提供してもらえるのか、事前にお店に確認の電話をした方が良いと思います。 I booked a course from the reservation site and went to the store, but a Japanese-speaking clerk said, "I don't have such a course, I don't have your reservation, I can't serve food." .. If you are booking this shop, I think you should call the shop in advance to see if the booked course is really offered.
