銀座に店が出来た頃が一番気にはなって いたかな? 当時は(現在もかもしれませんが)行列が 出来る人気店で並ぶの嫌いな私は行かない ことにしていたのですが、最近になって 日本橋にも店があることを知り しかもあまり混んでいなさそうなので 念願かなって行って来ました。 いただいたのは 蛤・鶏・煮干しのトリプルそば。 トリプル出汁ですが一番強く感じたのは 蛤かな?貝出汁が一番長く舌に残る感覚 でした。 トッピングに蒲鉾はめずらしいですね。 野菜は三つ葉も葱も添え物程度なので もう少し何かあればと感じます。 蛤も浅利サイズで物足りない。 これなら無くても良い。 大きいのが一つの方が良い。 削り節も香りが無いので存在意義が薄い。 何か文句ばっかになりましたが 別に不味くはないですよ。 期待ほどでは無かったのは確かですが。

土曜日の14時前くらいに初訪問しました。 待ちは4組でしたが回転は早目。 蛤・鶏・煮干しのトリプルSOBAを注文。 見た目で期待が高まり、スープを一口・・蛤でも鷄でも煮干しでもない醤油味。。 蛤はなんだか泥臭さを感じました。これが普通なのかな。。他の方の口コミにはあまりないので偶然そんなのに当たってしまったのかもしれません。 麺は硬めで好きな感じでしたが、期待値が高かっただけに残念な感じでした。

土曜日の13時くらいに来店。席は、8割程席は埋まっていました。今回は、一人だったので、カウンター席に。鶏sobaをいただきました。出てくる迄に5分くらいで、早い提供でした。 まず盛り付けが凄く綺麗ですね。 ただ、スープは、鳥だしなんですかね…意外とさっぱりでした。麺は、多少粉っぽい印象、具も凝っているのですが、全体的にラーメン自体がぼんやりとした感じ。 もしかしたら、目の前の調味料を好きにトッピングして、自らの手で美味しくするスタイルなのかも知れないのですが、何をどのタイミングで入れたら良いのかわからなかったので、入れなかったです。その辺りが残念でした…今回の印象では、もう一度は行かないかなぁ。

貝出汁の効いた美味しいラーメンです。 トッピングもレベルが高く完成されたラーメンです。 卓上のエシャロットオイルをかけると結構味が変わるので、注意書きの通り徐々に入れることをおすすめします。

蛤・鶏・煮干しのトリプルSOBA 1000円 コレド室町2にある、むぎとオリーブ。 三越前駅の改札でてから地上に出ることなく、お店までたどり着けます。 少し早めのランチタイム入店(12:00になる前)でした。 おかげで、待つことなく席につけました。 お店は明るく、木のテイストで綺麗で、自分が思うオシャレなラーメン屋と感じました。 メニューの表記を見るに、「SOBA」と記載があったので、 ラーメン屋というよりSOBA屋?なんて考えてるうちに 一緒に入店して相方がオーダーしてたので、自分も慌てて同じものをオーダー。 蛤・鶏・煮干しのトリプルSOBAが来ました。 見栄えがキレイ! 麺は規則正しくまとまってますし、白とピンクのかまぼこがなんか縁起よさそう! 味はしつこくなく、美味しく、蛤と鶏も味ごたえがありました! 退店するころには、入店待ちの方おりましたので、ランチタイムを少しずらせたりできると良いですね。 ごちそうさまでした。

Located in the basement of Coredo #3 (the one with the TOHO theatre in it). Want a different take on ramen broth? The clam (Hamaguri) ramen here is your ticket! The shop is clean and well-kept.

Good location ,connected with the station . Lucky that it was new year time it only took us 10min to wait in the line. I like the chicken. Very soft and tasty. Soup is a bit salty with soy taste.

Feb 2019: Went for the chicken, clam and anchovy ramen. The soup was really full of umami (umamous?) and yet the anchovy flavour milder than expected. The eschalot olive oil went well with the soup. I would go again to try the chicken or clam versions to compare. I heard there are queues at the Ginza store, but this one was empty on a weeknight.
