L	Lindsey Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving this hotel 4 instead of 5 because they charge $35 a day to park. Other hotels right there validate. It was a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. They were a little on the warm side with no way to make it cooler. The breakfast bar option is worth the extra money! Lots of options from eggs, salad, breads, fruits, cereals, soups, plenty of Japanese options as well, drinks.
T	Tommy Gitoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel I’ve been too. Very clean. The staff was amazing, I felt so important and they were attentive to my requests. I stayed in The Luxury room with the City view and the view is breathtaking at night. This photo I took does it no justice. I came to go to universal studios but the room and service was so good at the hotel, I didn’t want to leave my room! So sad when I checked out. Will definitely be going again!
M	Miss Thickumz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is right at the front of the park and is reasonably priced for where it is. We had a great view from our room and opted for the no meal plan (meals from the hotel are expensive). There is a convenience store on the entry floor if you want to save some ¥. There is a coin laundry on the first floor we used, the hotel is very good about keeping it clean and accessible. If you forget your laundry they will take it out and hold it at the front desk for 3 days maximum. Checkout time is at 12 there is a nice Dropbox if you paid your bill up front so it’s very easy to leave. For those who are still visiting the park on checkout day the front desk will hold your items until you’re ready to leave. Park tickets are available at the counter closest to the elevators and you never need to worry about availability as any patron will be able to get a ticket form the hotel. Make sure whoever’s the sponsor for the hotel brings a passport for checkin.
E	Eli Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I recently stayed at the hotel, the amenities were amazing the beds were comfortable, house keeping was Awesome. The walk to the front of universal was less than a 2 minutes walk. The hotel is near various Restaurants that are amazing. There’s a train station and buss station 5 minutes of walking distance. Lawsons and 7 eleven are on the strip. Going to the restaurants and showing the room keys will grant a 10% discount on the bill.
F	FarEastFurqans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The location is perfect as Universal Studios is RIGHT outside the front does. The buffet was expansive and delicious. City Walk is close by with a plethora of restaurant options as well as several combinis to meet your late night/early morning craving needs. No room service but everything is really close. Hotel had a restaurant as well. Only down side is that they don’t Comp parking and at ¥3500/day that adds up. Shinkansen station is only 1-2 blocks away if your thinking of riding the train there and easily walkable.

The bathroom is gorgeous with dual sinks and a shower and bathtub. Overall the staff was very friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that the beds were rock hard. We had a wonderful view of the city.

Staff are super nice they bought are luggage up to the room for us as we walked around. They made sure our stay was comfortable best night of sleep I have ever had.
I	Iwakuni Foodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I always stay when I visit Universal Studios. The location is fantastic. The staff is always wonderful. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel. It gets really busy in the evenings so I recommend grabbing waters and anything else you need in the afternoon if you can. We usually grab stuff right after we check in. There is a restaurant in the hotel and I’ve don’t the breakfast buffet before. It was pretty good and had lots of choices. There’s a smoking room near the elevators in the lobby. Right now they are asking that there be no more than 4 people in the smoking room at one time. You can buy your tickets r Universal in the hotel. Right around the corner from the check in counter, as you head to the elevators. Super easy and they speak a little bit of English. Beds are pretty comfy and the rooms have a decent amount of space.
