無	無し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋は広くてトイレバスセパレートでとても良いホテルだと思います。コインランドリーもあるし、自販機もコンビニもあります。料金とサービスを考えるとかなりお得だと思います。それでもさらなる高待遇を求めてる場合は、相応のサービスに見合った金額を払い(ここのホテルと比べると4倍以上します)、隣のハイアット・リージェンシーに宿泊すると良いでしょう。細かいことが気になるタイプであれば、ホテルが自称する星や値段を参考にすることをオススメします。 I think it is a very good hotel with large rooms and separate toilets and baths. There is a coin laundry, a vending machine and a convenience store. Considering the price and service, I think it is a great deal. If you're still looking for even higher benefits, pay for the right service (more than four times more than the hotels here) and stay at the Hyatt Regency next door. If you are a type who cares about details, we recommend that you refer to the stars and prices that the hotel calls itself.
内	内田真仁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インテックスでの見本市に来場のために泊まりました、歩いて5分もかからない感じです。とても便利。客室も広く、トイレと浴室が別なので気分も良いです。コンセントも沢山あり、スマホ、カメラ、タブレット、PCの充電も困らず。泊まるだけだからと、思いつつ綺麗な景色に夕日まで見ることができ、とても満足した気分です。朝食は、17階のレストランでバイキングでした。和洋選択肢も豊富で、味も良く、ドリンクも種類豊富。なにより、眼下には大阪港、窓はとてもきれいに磨いてあるので、素晴らしい朝食になりました。 I stayed at the Intex trade fair for a visit, and it feels like it's less than 5 minutes on foot. Very convenient. The rooms are large and the toilet and bathroom are separate so it feels good. There are many outlets, so you don't have to worry about charging your smartphone, camera, tablet, or PC. Just because I'm just staying, I can see the beautiful scenery and even the sunset, which makes me feel very satisfied. Breakfast was a buffet at the restaurant on the 17th floor. There are plenty of Japanese and Western choices, good taste, and a wide variety of drinks. Above all, the port of Osaka under my eyes and the windows were very well polished, so it was a wonderful breakfast.
T	TATSUYA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約するサイトによって、かなり価格差がありました。部屋は新しいホテルなので大変綺麗でした。トイレとバスはセパレートで◎。ビューバスの部屋で、夜と朝の2回入り堪能しました。泊まった日の夕食は、ATCの中にある居酒屋ですましました。ホテルのレストランは、価格が高そうなので節約です。朝食だけは、ホテルの『空海』で（1人1,500円）いただきました。個人的には、すごい美味しかったです。ホテル朝食の割に価格が安いので、ビジネスホテルのような朝食をイメージしていましたが、全然違いました。店員の方も、複数人いて細かくお皿を下げてくれたり目配せしながらサービスしてくれていました。コロナが終わり、外国人旅行者が増えたら人気のホテルになるんだろうなぁ。と思います。価格が上がらなければ、また利用したいです！ありがとうございました！ There was a considerable price difference depending on the site to book. The room was very clean as it was a new hotel. Toilets and baths are separate. In the view bath room, I enjoyed entering twice in the evening and in the morning. I had dinner on the day I stayed at the izakaya inside the ATC. Hotel restaurants are saving money as they seem to be expensive. Breakfast only at the hotel "Kukai" (1,500 yen per person) I received it. Personally, it was really good. The price is cheap for the hotel breakfast, so I imagined a breakfast like a business hotel, but it was completely different. There were also multiple staff members who served me while looking down and looking at the dishes. When the corona is over and the number of foreign tourists increases I wonder if it will be a popular hotel. I think. If the price doesn't go up, I want to use it again! thank you!

B	Bertrand Metral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for location. Hotel was a modern dissapointment. Noveau riche, very chintzy design which would appeal to chinese taste (gold tigers, black fake marble). Room was badly designed (mostly dead space) sparse and basic. No chair, no suitcase rack, 1 pillow. The reception was condescending and cold. Breakfast was good but stingy. Coffee awful and "juice" colored sugar drinks like cool aid. Location was next to the art trade center. The only good thing.

The whole area seems a bit deserted, but we were there during the new year holiday, so that might have been the reason. There is a convenience store just under the hotel, which is quite useful. The room was too hot, and though we could turn the heater function on the AC off, we couldn't change it to cool air, or just regular ventilation. We had to open the door to vent the room The breakfast was ok. The Japanese selection was good and varied. They also had some western foods, but they weren't as good (except for the croissants, they were pretty darn good!) The view from our room was great, and the price of the room with breakfast was very good. All in all, considering the price and time of year, it was an ok experience.
