ぽ	ぽてと on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東から旅行に来た際に入りました。とにかく串カツが食べたかったので入りましたが、失敗でした。具材は小さいし家族連れが多くてアイスクリームの機械の前が塞がって外に出れないし、とにかくビュッフェと言う割にコーナーが狭すぎて蜜状態です。自分で好きな具材を揚げて食べれるのは楽しかったですが、冷静に考えたら1人3,000円以上も串カツ食べないし、コスパ悪すぎますよね(¯-¯;) 他に串カツのお店があったら別のお店入った方がいいですね…。他の方も言ってますが、ねり粉とパン粉を入れる器が小さすぎてこぼれまくりました。パン粉勿体ない…。あれを毎回掃除してる店員さん、器変えた方がいいと思わないのかな？ I entered when I came to travel from Kanto. ホ	ホマシティオクラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんらしき人がとにかく馴れ馴れしかったです。 Go To eatの食事券を使いたかったのですが、コロナの影響で期限がややこしくなっていました。使えなかったらいいやくらいの感覚で聞いたのに店長らしき人に外に連れ出されて扉のシールのところでこの店は使用期限が更新されてないねん、だから今回はちょっと使えないねんな？わかる？みたいな感じで何回も説明をされました。後ろに他のお客さんも並んでたし正直恥ずかしかったです。結局その券は向こうの手違いで最終的には使えたんですが、私が券を使う側なのに一緒に行ってた友達の方に向かって謝ってるようにしか感じられなかったです。目がなかなか合わなかったので。せっかく楽しかったのにお会計ですごく嫌な気持ちになってしまいました。店長さんの対応、態度、言葉遣いが自分的に気に食わなかったのと料金が高すぎるので二度と行きません? a	alyuch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and frying experience is a ton of fun and I highly recommend trying it. However, I wouldn't recommend trying it in this particular shop in City Walk. The heat in the area we sat was extremely uncomfortable. The AC was not going whatsoever, and add that to the heat of the frying right in front of you made this a horrid experience. The staff were unaccommodating of our request to turn the AC up, saying that there's nothing that they can do. When we asked if we could switch seats, they said no. Then after 30 minutes of several more people complaining, THEN they turned up the AC. Which means they could have done so in the first place but refused. Never coming to this branch again. I would recommend the one in Umeda inside Yodobashi Camera instead for a better customer service experience.
