M	Maja Kolarov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern hotel, spacious, clean. There is a free shuttle to the Osaka train station every half an hour and it takes around 30 min to get there. Staff is very professional, friendly. Food is good, here is a nice convenient store in hotel. If you prefer hotel close to the airport I would definitely recommend this one!
M	Marlene G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room design is a bit outdated, seems like it wasn't renovated since it has been built in the 90s. A renovation to make the rooms more modern would be great. The view from the room is great and staff is very, very friendly, they even got us a free upgrade to a bigger room. Some might say the hotel is too far from the city, but we enjoyed it as it is more quiet.

They offer a shuttle service, both to Osaka-station (complimentary) and to KIX airport. Check-in staff was very friendly and endeavored. In my opinion the room was big enough and very clean. I enjoyed the Regency club as well! Even this hotel is located a bit far of everything at the bay, I would choose it again in the future!
k	kevin iyan laity Fall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel rooms are quite spacious and very convenient either work or leisure. there is a great veiw upon the bay of Osaka and there is park nearby where we can enjoy walking or riding bikes. Overall it is worth a try ?

They were more than accommodating and wonderfully attentive. They gave us a wonderful room with a view and they had a pool that was really clean and refreshing! This place was really nice, clean and gave us a very wonderful stay! Will definitely be going here again! Thank you to the Hyatt for a wonderful trip!

There's a shuttle to downtown every so often. Multiple restaurants offering Italian, Japanese and international cuisine. There's also multiple fancy offerings for weddings at the hotel. One of my favourite spots in Osaka

Since the gyms are closed, I asked for equipment in my room. Promptly a friendly staff came with ALL the requested equipment. I gave the receptionist a list with my special diet requirements and I must truly say: they exceeded my expectations by far. The food offered is great!!!!!! I am so overwhelmed, the staff is so polite, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely try to come back as soon as possible. I want to thank the Hotel Staff/Team for everything they did/do for me. I feel very blessed, thank you for your kindness.
C	Connor Hang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained ignorant staff (and at times inconsiderate) who can be absolutely CLUELESS on what to do. Restaurant: Food was cooked under usual quality. Staff filling up the breakfast buffet dishes constantly stumbling and bumping into people. They kept on taking my unfinished food, utensils and mask case MULTIPLE TIMES…even when I was IN the middle of eating. Front staff: Didn’t inform us of all the shuttle buses, so we had to pay taxi’s to/from the hotel. They made wrong reservations for us. The young staff (who spoke English perfectly) didn’t know what a “late checkout”. Who are you guys hiring? Random bums off the street??
