D	Dean Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice hotel with fairly spacious rooms. The price when I stayed was under 10,000 yen for a large room with 2 beds and a large spacious bathroom. It is a western size hotel room and design at a very reasonable price. Similar to the level of the imperial hotel at 30% cheaper price.

It had so many great facilities in the hotel inc a gourmet food shop in the lobby, and a conbini, multiple restaurants & the Osaka location for Fritz Hansen in the basement! The location was really good as we could walk to fantastic local restaurants & experience a good Osaka nightlife! The room was really large, very clean, had two bathrooms and was very comfortable. They had a shuttle bus that takes you to & from Osaka Station which was really handy. Would happily stay there again.
C	Christine Franklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was spacious enough for 4 people. It had all the amenities that we needed for our 2 night stay. The only issues we had were the high price to go swimming and the kids goggles. For our 9 and 15 year old to swim plus kids goggles, we paid over $70. Also, the room has a book that lists what the hotel has as far as good and other things. The book says from 9pm-7am there are limited meals available. When we called to order room service a little before 10pm the front desk said they stopped serving food. We traveled back to the hotel, not stopping for food while under the assumption that we'd be able to order room service that their hotel book lists is available. We were told the only thing available is the convenience store around the corner. The problem wasn't that they stopped serving food even though their book said it was available during the time we wanted. The problem was that their book says it was available AND IT WASN'T!!! I would stay there again, but plan better for our food options as they clearly don't tell you that they stop serving food earlier than what they list in the book that was in our room.

Cleanliness 10/10 Lobby is wide. Room is good, clean and comfy. Service is great. Wifi is with strong connectivity. Japanese food for the win! 10/10

Pekin duck was authentic, roast beef delicious and tender, the smoked pork wrapped in leaf was amazing (reminds me of the Hawaiian hurried pork). Delicacies were also all over the place and first class desserts. Drink as much as you can for 2 hours was also nice without hurries and with French red wine for the red meats ... can have a gin Tonic at the end to and many other beverages including sake and shochu (potato and wheat). Great job! Happy new Year!
