Beautiful hotel and super close to train station. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city. The hotel has 3 restaurants and offers a great breakfast buffet, but has absolutely no room service. I couldn't even order the food in the restaurant and bring it up to my room myself. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. Excellent room rates too.

1. Comfortable and clean rooms. 2. Good food and restaurants in the hotel. Close to good shops just outside the hotel. 3. The concierge were helpful, spoke good English, and gave good advice for travel. 4. Close to railway stations to get into Osaka, or to Kansai International Airport. 5. Complimentary tablet with unlimited connectivity. Doesn't offer phone calls or hotspots, but good for google maps, and internet.

great experience, the room was very conformable and larger than our hotel in Tokyo. Staff speak English , close to trains, shuttle bus to Universal Studios. I loved the hotel laundry! You can either do your own washing or have the hotel do your laundry (for an extra fee). The restaurant was good with amazing views!!!

A nice hotel. Sadly on entering the room after check in found a dirty towel in the room overlooked when cleaning the room. Had to inform the reception to get the towel removed. They did offer to move me to another room.

My father and I went on a trip and booked this hotel for two days. The manager Hayashi, whom I met at the reception, had completely ruined our trip. He acted as if he hated Koreans and treated me rudely and roughly. And Hayashi muttered to himself in Japanese. and then he gave me a small room with one bed!! It was embarrassed, because the room was not my reservation. So I complained to the other manager, and then I could find the room with two beds I had reserved. I was so angry and cried. my father saw me crying. The other manager gave me two days' worth of breakfast vouchers. and said he was sorry. But Hayashi did not apologize to me until the end. This hotel is rude and not worth visiting again.

We stayed at the 49th floor. Love the view from our room. We paid 25k for 3 adults and 2 kids for 1 night. We booked our hotel in agoda. They also sell universal ticket.

Its a good hotel however it os very confusing. I searched about it on booking.com and i booked this hotel after seeing the fitness gym and the pool. I was very disappointed to know that both these things along with the bath is separate area. You litterly have to walk to a separate place to is this stuff. Also the worker on the phone seamed rude and frustrated.

" NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL" Except a very good location & bay view, everything here was pathetic. I have booked two twin rooms in this hotel last week. The problems which I faced: 1. I have booked two twin rooms for 4 adults & 1 child. There was no amenity kit for child for example no toothbrush for child. When we complained at the check out, the staff suddenly gave the amenity kit but i refused. Are you serious right now, while checking out will you give amenity kit? It is totally ridiculous. 2. The most pathetic thing was temperature control, in the night time they put on the heater at very high temperature, the only thing guest can control is fan speed. 3. On the second morning we went around 10am from the room by placing clean room placard on the door, however the room was still cleaning when we came back around 5pm. The excuse was hotel rooms are full so it takes time. For the management, i would like to tell that in Hospitality field there are no excuses. If customer is paying for the stay at least you should have more staff for handling this kind of situation.
