★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神田西口商店街を抜けた先の通りに今年の前半にオープンした「焼肉ここから」へ。焼肉定食の“肉＋ご飯”という組み合わせは栄養のバランスがあまりよくないようで、食べた後にすぐに何かを口にしたくなるのでランチ時は敬遠しているのだが、この店の「ジュージュー焼き」というメニューが気になって入ってみることに。
その名のとおり鉄板がジュージュー音をたてて運ばれてくるこの料理は、青森の郷土料理である牛のバラ焼きに似ているが、タマネギがこれでもかと載せられてくるバラ焼きに対し、こちらはキャベツとモヤシ中心なのでボリュームのある肉野菜炒め定食といった印象。味噌ダレが物凄く甘口なので、アクセントに唐辛子か豆板醤が欲しかった。

Go to “Yakiniku Kokara”, which opened in the first half of this year, just past the Kanda West Exit shopping street. The combination of "meat + rice", which is a set meal of yakiniku, does not seem to have a good nutritional balance, and I want to eat something immediately after eating, so I refrain from eating it at lunch time, but this restaurant's "jujuyaki" I decided to enter the menu because I was worried about it.
As the name suggests, the iron plate makes a sizzling sound, and this dish is similar to Aomori's local dish of beef roasted, but onion is still put on it. Since this is mainly cabbage and bean sprouts, the impression is that it is a set meal with fried meat and vegetables. The miso sauce is so sweet that I wanted a pepper or a soy sauce to accent it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼のジュージュー焼き。甘辛いタレがご飯に合う。ボリュームあり。ご飯も肉と相性の良い固めな炊き加減で良い。
後は、味変のための調味料がもう少し置いてあるとなお良しか(一味とかお酢とか)。
Grilled juju for lunch. The sweet and spicy sauce goes well with rice. There is volume. Rice can be cooked hard enough to go well with meat.
After that, it would be better to have a little more seasoning for taste change (such as gang or vinegar).

肉だけでなくて、ランチのイタ飯風も山椒がとても効いていて美味かった。麻婆豆腐に近い感じでご飯も多くて満足でした。やはり場所柄昼時と夜も混んでいましたね。
中の店内はちと狭いのですぐ満杯になってしまうので結構並んでましたが、ランチの時は結構回転が早くて助かりました。ランチでもお肉のグラムを選ぶことができたので良かったです
