辛さは1辛〜3辛まで。4辛は別料金。
で、早速なんだけど、スープをひとくち。
確かにスッと最初は入るけど、しっかりコクを感じるこの形…赤坂希須林に似ている。
多分魚介系出汁で入口があっさりに感じられるんだと思う。
痺れ嫌いの身としては、辛めの3辛で大丈夫だったかな？と心配したけど、あとくちに少しビリビリっと来る位で問題無し。
麺は中太と言うほどではない中太。
シコシコ麺でこのスープにはあっている。
キクラゲが結構合ってます。
旨かったです。
Visited when you can taste the Tantan noodles prepared by Kisurin Akasaka.
The spiciness is from 1 spicy to 3 spicy. 4 spicy is an extra charge.
So, it's quick, but a bit of soup.
Sure, it's easy to get in at first, but this shape feels full-bodied ... It's similar to Kisurin Akasaka.
Perhaps the seafood-based soup stock makes the entrance feel light.
As a person who hates numbness, was it okay with 3 spicy spicy? I was worried, but there is no problem as it comes a little bit afterwards.
The noodles are medium-thick, not so thick.
The chewy noodles go well with this soup.
The wood ear is pretty good.
It was delicious.

辛さ控えめの中にも旨味たっぷりでもやしのシャキシャキ感も混ぜて食べると食感も楽しめて美味しいです
私は汁ありの方が好みですがこれもオススメです

ゴマの香りが効いており、砕いたピーナッツとたっぷりの挽肉がいい感じで美味しいです。
キクラゲが入っており、食感の良いアクセントになってると思います。
I ordered the spiciness of dandan noodles and choimeshi.
The aroma of sesame is effective, and the crushed peanuts and plenty of minced meat are nice and delicious.
It contains wood ear mushrooms, which gives it a nice texture.

I added coriander with a spiciness that is one level higher than usual. The exquisite stimulation of Japanese pepper and chili pepper and the richness of sesame and peanuts make it feel quite mild at the end (* ノ ω` *)

坦々麺は辛さを選べます。私は一辛ですが、辛いもの好きな人はもっと辛くても良いと思います。
肉味噌が非常に美味しいので是非足を運んでみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I much prefer the more authentic “without soup” Tantan Men, so I was delighted to discover this place open up. Nowhere as good as nearby La Show Han but very good nonetheless.
Noodles are deliciously firm and chewy, soup flavour is excellent and great Sansho taste.
Slightly disappointing things: way too many beansprouts, if you order the egg topping it’s part boiled rather than hard boiled so almost completely dissolves into the sauce.
