★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場至近なのに迂闊だった・・・1月にオープンしてたのに気が付かなかったorz
ランチにカレーを出す居酒屋の1階部分にできていたラーメン店。
元々は小岩にあったお店の移転再オープン、且つ錦糸町の担々麺専門店の姉妹店のよう。
メニューはそれ程多くはないし、お店のキャパもあまり無いが、「清」潮(透明なスープの中華そば)、「濁」鶏煮干・アサリ煮干、担々麺、汁なし坦々麺、アサリまぜそばと、選べるのは、嬉しい。(限定もあるようだけどランチには無いのかな？)
担々麺、潮と頂いたので、暑くなるこれからは汁なしも良いな。
もちろん、リピしてるくらいなので、お味は( ᵔᵒᵔ )ᵍᵒᵒᵈᵎᵎ

A ramen shop located on the first floor of a pub serving curry for lunch.
Originally, it was like the relocation and reopening of the shop that was in Koiwa, and the sister shop of the tannin specialty store in Kinshicho.
There are not many menus, and there is not much capacity of the shop, but “Qing” tide (Chinese soup of clear soup), “Muddy” chicken stew, clam stew, tannin noodles, no soup tannin noodles, clam mix soba, etc. I'm glad. (It seems that there is a limitation but it is not for lunch?)
As we had turkish noodles and tides, it would be nice to have no juice from the heat.
Of course, as it is about to have a lipi, taste is (ᴖ o)) good ᵎᵎ

オーダーは麻婆坦々麺+温玉飯のセット1000円。
麻婆坦々麺はどこかの有名店に似ていて美味しい。
温玉飯は想像通りの味で薄味でしたので
テーブルにあった醤油？をかけて食べました。
御馳走様でした。
Visited for lunch on weekdays and entered without waiting.

Mapo Tantan Noodles are similar to some famous stores and are delicious.
The hot rice was light and tasted as expected
Soy sauce that was on the table? And ate.
It was a treat.

カウンターだけの半地下のお店。お店はできたばかりで綺麗です。
コロナのせいで人がいない。12:10で最初の客だった模様。
麻辣坦々麺と温玉ご飯セット1000円。
辛さ増しは有料だったので標準にしました。
味も濃厚スープで、麺も良い。標準以上で美味しかった。
中華そばも汁無しも美味しそうでした。
マイナス点 辛いラーメンを出すのに、テッシュやお手拭きが無い！
このご時世食べる前に手は拭きたい。辛いラーメンで真っ赤になった口の周りを拭くのも無いし。

2回目来店 汁無し坦々麺 レッドクリフを注文。そのままではあまり辛くない。焼豚の味濃すぎ。個人としては全体的に味が濃いのでもう少し薄味でからさましが良い。濃厚すぎて尖った感じがない。

2nd visit, ordered soupless Tantan noodle red cliff. Not too spicy as it is. The taste of grilled pork is too strong. As an individual, the taste is strong overall, so it's a bit lighter and cool. It's too thick and doesn't feel sharp.

一言旨いですね。ただ辛いのではなく風味と旨みがちゃんと入っており、痺れとのバランスも良いかと。
残念だったのは量くらいですかね。この値段であればもう少しボリュームが欲しかったかと。。
季節限定メニューもあり、特に夏時期向けの冷やし醤油はかなり気になりますね。

セットで1000円満足感たっぷりでした。

濃い目の味で温泉玉子や追い飯が欲しくなる！
汁ありの麺類やサイドメニューの麻辣水餃子も美味しそう。
メニューをくまなくチェックして、次に何食べようか思案しなが完食しました。
また来ます。
