★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩川サイクリングロードを走っていて、ちょうどお昼時になったので普段はあまり来たことがない新丸子のラーメン屋さんを開拓してみることにしました。検索してみると結構な数が出てきましたが、なんとなく場所がわかりやすそうだったのでこちらのお店に。
ラーメンの種類は色々あって、どうやらおすすめは味噌のようですが、今回は気分で豚骨に。一緒に行った息子は塩ラーメンを選びました。
豚骨ですが、博多の豚骨とは違い、麺は中太、スープもオリジナルで、臭みはなくてしっかりコクが有り、美味しくいただけました。チャーシューはとろとろです。
大盛りは半玉ですが、無料ってのもありがたいですね。
息子の方も塩ラーメンが美味しかったらしく、また行きたいと言ってます。

The large serving is a soft-boiled egg, but I'm grateful that it's free.
My son also said that the salt ramen was delicious and he wants to go there again.

奥に縦長のカウンター席のみ。
入ってすぐに右からにタッチパネル食券機。
店内は少し薄暗い印象。
メニューは種類多く、らーめんでみそ、とんこつ、しょうゆ、しお、たまり醤油、たんたんめん。
それに野菜たっぷりまぜそば、つけめん。
その中から券売機で右上に配置されていた、みそらーめんに味玉をオプションで。
ライスも。
カウンターに座ると、辛さが数段階加えられそう。
今日はデフォで。
しばらくするとカウンター越しにらーめん、ライス登場。
器が麺丼みライスもアルミ製で珍しく韓流みたい。
らーめんは濃くがあり濃厚ながら、あっさりした味噌にスープに中太麺がよく合う。
味噌として比較的好みの味。
麺は細麺にも変更可みたいでとんこつにはいいかも。
種類豊富で他のメニューも試してみたい。
駅近で利用しやすい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想像を越した美味しい「紅白味噌ラーメン」でした。リクエストで辛さ4種選べますが、ノーコールで良かった！卓上にはニンニクチップと生ニンニクもあるので、途中で味変するのがいいでしょう。太麺で大盛無料、チャーシューも薄いが美味しい。若い女性ワンオペ。つい「美味しかったです」が口から出ました。辛いトッピングで大汗かいたら?近くの丸子温泉へ是非どうぞ

最近あまりラーメンを食べていなかったせいか塩辛く感じた。もう歳なのかもしれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ramen, only Japanese menu. You buy a ticket at a machine and pay there then deliver the ticket stub to the chef who prepares your ramen. I suggest the miso ramen (with 1 egg) which is excellent, the chicken and pork ones are great too.
