久々に伺ったんですが美味しかった!この見た目で意外とあっさり目の味です。テーブルのかえしや豆板醤で味変もおすすめ。

武蔵小杉で家系ラーメンを検索すると此の店が上位に出ており来店させて頂きました。 外観は工場スープ家系と異なり地味で家系とは書いておらず店内にも家系に有る「スープ濃度、麺、茹で加減」も無く入って不安になりながら食券でラーメンと半ライス計800円をオーダー。 出されたラーメンはほうれん草が少なく、チャーシュー1枚以外は他の家系と変わらないですが小さい印象でスープ色は濃茶。 スープを啜ると先ず『生姜の味付けがし返し醤油が強くなくて飲みやすいが緩い。しかし豚骨乳化度は素晴らしいので素直に美味しい。 此の味は過去何処の家系とも似ていない独自の味付けでバランス良く食べていても飽きて来ない。 最近家系の偽物が多いなか本家を超えそうな店が有る事に驚きを隠せません。

家系特有の○○家とは書いていないが、 家系ラーメンでした。 豚骨がしっかり感じられ、 骨の髄まで旨みを出し切った、 そんな力強さを感じるスープで、 チャーシュー、味玉、麺、 どれも好みでした! そこまで臭いはキツくないので、 比較的万人向けな印象ですが、 家系好きには最高です◎ 近所でいいラーメン屋見つけました!

ラーメン大盛り700円 大盛り券は無料で購入できる。 日曜11時過ぎに入店で、すでにほぼ満席。自分のあとは待ちが出来ていた。 麺の硬さや味の濃さなどは聞かれないが、しっかり家系なラーメン。麺の硬さは言えば対応してくれる様。 味濃いめ!チーユ多め!なジャンキーではなく、落ち着いた家系と言う感じか。もちろん美味い。 次はまぜそばもチャレンジしたい。

This place probably serves the best-tasting best-value ramen in whole of Tokyo in my opinion. Not only you get a full sized ramen for 680 yen but you can also get free extra noodles. The soup is bit on the thicker side so perhaps for those who prefer it light might not like this place. Home made Gyoza , 300 yen, is absolutely delicious so I’ll highly recommend getting it. The pieces are well sized and filling is convincing. Topics such as sea weed, pork slices, spinach, corn and butter are all 100yen each. Please do keep in mind, you go there for the ramen; the taste and quality of it and not for some 5 star services. Some people have complained in the reviews that the place is “bad” because even the water is “self service”

Of all the ramen places I have went and tried to, this is the best one so far! And I have been a lot of ramen places in Tokyo! I found this place when I used to live around the area, and I still come back to this place because it really is worth that one hour train ride home! So the ramen, why is it special? Well, it’s a tonkotsu broth (豚骨スープ), and it has a very rich flavour! You can also tweak the soup to your liking, they offer: stronger taste; more or less oily; more or less noodles; and softer or harder noodles. All free of charge! They also have different toppings: seaweed, butter, corn and meat with additional fee of course ;P There are lots of condiments as well: soy sauce, vinegar, chilly oil, ground chilly and ground garlic. AND the best gyoza in town!!!! I assure you, it’s the best! The portion is big, and it’s homemade for only 300 yen! The atmosphere is very nice, you can talk to them and have the most out of your time. The water is self service as most ramen does. The interior and exterior is very rustic, with a traditional Japanese feel. And it’s a family business, and therefore most likely passed down from generation to generation! definitely will visit again soon!
