★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味・接客共に悪くは無いのだが、セルフサービスの水用のタンブラーの内面につけ麺のスープのカスがへばり付いているのが気になった。恐らくつけ麺の皿と一緒に洗っているのだろう。比較的綺麗なタンブラーを選んだが、水を注いだ瞬間に落とし切れていない油がサッと広がっていくのがよく分かる。清潔感が命の飲食店としてはマイナス評価をせざるを得ない。
ただ、味自体は好きなので、今後このような細かい部分が改善されれば、また再訪したい。
 The taste and customer service are not bad, but I was worried that the tsukemen soup residue was stuck to the inside of the self-service water tumbler. Perhaps they are washing it with a plate of tsukemen. I chose a relatively clean tumbler, but I can clearly see that the oil that hasn't been completely removed spreads quickly the moment the water is poured. As a restaurant where cleanliness is the life, we have to give a negative evaluation.
However, I like the taste itself, so I would like to come back again if such details are improved in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまにはつけ麺をと思い入店。入店してみてわかったが、二郎系のつけ麺を限定で提供していた。珍しいので注文。麺大盛、野菜マシ1000円。味玉はアンケートに答えたらもらえるサービス券で無料です。
スープの味は魚粉系？普通の二郎とは全然違うがこれはこれでうまい。野菜のゆで加減もちょうどよい。麺もうまい。
気になったことはチャーシューが薄い。豚星の極厚チャーシューと比べる厚みが1/4くらいなんじゃないかな。物足りない。
コストパフォーマンスはよくないと思うがこれはこれでうまいので、年に1回くらいは頼んでもいいかもしれない。
Occasionally I entered the store thinking of tsukemen. As I found out when I entered the store, I was offering a limited number of Jiro-type tsukemen. I ordered it because it is rare. A large serving of noodles and vegetables for 1000 yen. Ajitama is a service ticket that you can get when you answer the questionnaire and it is free.
Is the taste of the soup based on fishmeal? It's completely different from ordinary Jiro, but this is good. Boiled vegetables are just right. The noodles are good.
What I was interested in was the thin char siu. I think it's about 1/4 the thickness of Butaboshi's extra-thick char siu. Not enough.
I don't think the cost performance is good, but this is good, so you may ask for it about once a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪れたらつけ麺のバリエーションが増えていた。オススメは鶏白湯と坦々つけ麺。
特製にすると具が増えるわけだが、それぞれのつけ汁によって肉の乗る内容が変わる。坦々のカレーは風味の揚げチャーシューは面白いので一度はオススメしたい。
When I visited for the first time in a long time, the variety of tsukemen was increasing. We recommend chicken plain hot water and tsukemen.
If you make it special, the amount of ingredients will increase, but the content of the meat will change depending on each soup. The fried char siu with flavor is interesting, so I would like to recommend it once.

全国に30店舗前後展開しているチェーン店。
つけ麺は絶対熱盛り派！このお店は熱盛りを頼むとかつお出汁に浸したスタイルで出てくる。この時点でちょっと味入ってるのでもう美味い✨豚骨魚介のつけ汁も王道な感じで太麺にしっかり絡んで◎
季節系やコラボ系のの商品も結構出てるのでまたタイミング合わせて行きたい！

A pioneer shop for tsukemen in Musashi Kosugi ?
A chain store with around 30 stores nationwide.
Tsukemen is absolutely hot! This shop comes out in a style soaked in bonito soup when you ask for heat. At this point, it's a little tasty, so it's already delicious.
There are quite a few seasonal and collaborative products, so I want to go back in time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総評 いかにも駅のテナントっぽい良さと残念な点のある順当なつけ麺や。
改札前のテナントに入っているのであまり期待せず入ったが、なかなか良かった。
つけ麺は大盛りと特盛が無料で増量できるとのことで、当然ながら特盛を注文。
入店してすぐ右前方にある券売機を使うのだが、妙に使いにくい。反応が少し遅いのと、注文が直感的にできない。ベンダーに貼られている説明を見ればわかったが、買ういう便利なもの見ないタイプの人は混乱するかも。落ち着こう。
注文してから配膳まで時間がかかるのは、太麺を茹でるつけ麺ならしょうがない。少し待った感。その間店員を軽く観察していたが、少し私語の声量が大きいような気がする。気を使うか裏でやってほしかったね。
料理自体は良さげ。煮干し感強めの誰もが大好きなこってりスープの中に、鮮烈な柚子が最初から入っていて香りも良い。柚子の皮の苦味は最後まで感じなかった。良い塩梅。
麺は、しっかりと冷水で締められている角の立った太麺。とても良い。小麦の香りもする。
机のトッピングはにんにくがないのが残念。揚げネギはとても良い。たっぷり入れよう。
特盛だが、普通に食べ切れる量。400gみたいな表紙がベンダーにあった気がする。

最初、つけ麺の良さを理解できなかったのですが、
つけ麺TETSUに通うようになってから、すっかりつけ麺のファンになってしまいました。
太麺をつけ麺スープにたっぷり浸して、一気に食べればOKです。つけ麺スープが冷えてきたら、熱々のストーンを店員さんにもらってください。その熱々の意思をスープに入れれば、温かいスープが帰ってきます。
麺を多めにオーダーしたときは必須だと思います。
まぜそばも試しに食べてみたのですが、
これまた美味しかったです。
ここのお店は、つけ麺とませそばの美味しさを
教えてくれた、とても頼りになるお店です。
また食べに来ます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺もなんか本格的っぽいし、つけだれも凝ってるのにいざ合わせてみると絡みが弱くて麺が勝っちゃう感じ、つけだれ単品だとかなり濃いめの味になってるのに1+1が2にならない残念感。
決して不味くはないけど、見た目優先の方向に振られちゃってる感じがする、つけめんとしてはちょっとお高め。
訪問時大荷物を持っていて、大きなリュックしょった俺はカウンターに座るよう指示されたのに、同時に入ったハンドバッグひとつの女性はテーブル席に誘導されるのはどういうわけなんだろうか…。端の席でなんとか大荷物を立てかけることができたけど、あれ店員さん絶対邪魔だったと思うんだよな。

Although everything on the menu is very good I recommend the Oni abura (demon lard) tsukemen if it's available (it's seasonal so it may not be depending on when you go). At around 800 yen for most of the items on the menu prices are also very reasonable, especially since the portions are quite big.
