★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急東横線 新丸子駅近くに2018年に開店した「中華そば もり川」さんへ。
注文したのは「中華そば 濃厚 醤油とんこつ」（690円）「自家製ワンタン」（120円）トッピング。
スープは濃厚なとんこつスープ…なんですが、ちょっと不思議。
いわゆる家系とんこつ醤油のように脂は多くなく、醤油の塩見も控えめ。
店主の森さんは熊本出身とのことですが、熊本ラーメンの感じでもない。
丁寧にとられたとんこつスープは臭みもなくマイルドで濃厚。
これはなかなか美味いです。
麺は中細の低加水ストレート麺。
濃厚スープによく合ってます。
厚めのチャーシューもほろほろに柔らかく、ワンタンもツルっといい喉越し。
ある意味オーソドックスな醤油とんこつを丁寧に作るとこうなるのか？
もり川さんの独自の美味いラーメンでした。

 To Tokyu Toyoko Line Shin-Maruko Station opened in 2018 to “Chinese Soba Morikawa”.
I ordered "Chukasoba thick soy sauce and tonkotsu" (690 yen) and "homemade wonton" (120 yen).
The soup is a thick tonkotsu soup ... what a wonder.
There is not much fat like so-called family tonkotsu soy sauce, and soy sauce is not conspicuous.
The owner, Mori, is from Kumamoto, but it ’s not like Kumamoto ramen.
Carefully taken tonkotsu soup is odorless, mild and rich.
This is quite delicious.
The noodles are medium thin, low-hydration straight noodles.
It goes well with thick soup.
The thick char siu is soft and chewy, and the wonton is slippery.
In a sense, what happens when you make an orthodox soy sauce and tonkotsu carefully?
Morikawa's original delicious ramen.

Chinese noodle soy sauce + char siu topping and rich Chinese noodle Kumamoto + char siu / cabbage topping. The char siu is excellent.

昼時を過ぎていたので他に一人いただけなのですぐに出てきました。
シンプルな塩中華そばで可もなく不可もなく無難に食べられるラーメンでした。

僕は中華そば濃厚【熊本】
相方は塩ラーメンを頼みました。
店内はアクリル板でカウンター席も区切られていて、コロナ対策もバッチリ！
トッピングが色々あるので、野菜盛りを追加しました。
ラーメンって少し罪悪感があるけど、不思議と野菜がいっぱいのってると軽減されます。
味は美味しかったけど、濃厚って感じはそんなにしませんでした。個人的にはもっと濃厚で良いかなぁ。
塩ラーメンは澄んだスープが綺麗で味もサッパリ。コッテリ食べたい人とアッサリ食べたい人が一緒に入っても困らないです。
チャーシューはよく味が染みてて美味しかった?

Ramen is a little guilty, but mysteriously it is alleviated when it is full of vegetables.
The taste was delicious, but I didn't feel that it was rich. Personally, I wonder if it should be richer.
Shio ramen has a beautiful clear soup and a refreshing taste. It doesn't matter if people who want to eat humans and people who want to eat humans come in together.
The char siu tasted good and was delicious ?
