無性に食べたくなる時がある時が有るのですが、今回のタイミングが大晦日でした。
この日は15:00までの営業。
開いてて良かった。
30分ほど並んで着席。
辛い(言うほど辛くないが)のと、スープを全部飲む人が多いからか、客の回転は遅いです。
注文は、大辛ニンニクタマゴダブル。
ドロドロのスープでスープ量も多く、麺よりもスープが主役なラーメン。このスープで麺を楽しみたい人は麺増ししたほうがいいかも。

個人的ベストは西横浜の某店なのですが、こちらも美味しいので助かります。
中辛を全ダブルで注文。
シンプルなスープですが、カップラーメンでは味わえないですねー
太いプリプリな麺も美味しい。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
今度は大辛にするかなー

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川崎名物のニュータンタンメンです。いつも数人並んでいることがおおいです。見た目ほど辛くありません。にんにくがガツンときいていていつもニンニクを何個使用してるんだろうと頭によぎります。辛さは選べます。どれも見た目は赤いですが、一番下-中くらいの辛さレベルを選べば全く辛くありません。辛党の場合、めちゃ辛以上をおすすめします。大辛はそこまで辛くないかなと思いますがこればかりは個人差です。そして器が非常に大きいです。れんげもおたまのような大きさです。

You can choose the spiciness. All look red, but if you choose the bottom-medium spiciness level, it's not spicy at all. In the case of a spicy party, we recommend more than spicy. I don't think it's so spicy, but this is an individual difference. And the vessel is very big. Renge is also the size of a ladle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺がもちもちで美味しい。個人的にはニラと挽肉追加、中辛がおすすめです。初回にデフォルトで食べたらひき肉が物足りなかったですし、野菜なしでは飽きがきました。
チャーハンは一口目が絶品。冷めたら味濃いめに感じました。
The noodles are chewy and delicious. Personally, I recommend adding garlic chives and minced meat, and medium spicy. When I ate it by default for the first time, I wasn't satisfied with the minced meat, and I got tired of it without vegetables.
The first bite of fried rice is excellent. When it cooled down, I felt it had a strong taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting approach to tantanmen. I ordered mid-spicy variant (most popular). Strong taste of garlic but otherwise broth was mild of taste. To my surprise it wasn't spicy at all (as for my preferences) but was very hot (as of temperature). Noodles were nothing special and got too soft in the hot broth. Classic tantanmen has more appeal to me
