Y	Yama Kin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方では、朝ラーが文化だと聴いて、行ってまいりました。午前９時から営業している喜一さん。地元はもちろん県外からも多くのお客さんが食べに来ます。私も・・・40分待ちしてありつけました。じつは、喜一さんの醤油味は、何年か前に経験済みなので、今回は熟成味噌ラーメン！しかも味噌だけは店内のみ！味わって参りました。美味い！美味すぎる！で、今回はライスも注文。じつはやってみたい事あっての注文です。味噌チャーシュー麺の何枚かをオンザライス！そして、味噌ラーメンにしかトッピングされない温玉をライスに移し、スープをかけて半おじや状態に?　味噌チャー飯！完成です！最高だ！追伸、自己満足の食べ方でした・・・連れは藻塩ラーメン！こちらも絶品でしたとのこと！最後の写真は、2016年に初めて伺った時の塩ラーメン。変わらずの美味さだろうな? t	titto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメン！ 12時30分に訪問。意外に待つことなくあっさり入れました。ただ入店してから5分後にもスープ切れで閉店してたので早めに着た方が良さそうです。ラーメンは安定の美味しさ。あっさりしていて美味しいです。優しい味ってこういうこと言うんだろうなって感じがします。毎日でも食べれそうです。しかもとってもリーズナブル！！ Shio ramen! This soy sauce ramen is 600 yen and contains 4 pieces of char siu. A large serving is 750 yen. A well-known store with a large line is at this price and has overwhelming taste quality. We came back two and a half hours later and had the best ramen of our lives. The staff very kindly offered us small bowls so we could each order a different ramen and share; the shio and akadama were my favorites. The chashu in the shio were melt-in-your-mouth and the menma had the perfect amount of tenderness and crunchiness. The akadama (spicy miso) had a nice kick to it. As we were leaving, the owner greeted us from the kitchen and thanked us for waiting so long, which I thought was really nice of him. To sum it up, the food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch and the prices were the same as your average unassuming ramen place. 10/10 would recommend.
