Best Ramen restaurant in japan

s	sei shiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと前の喜多方ラーメンツアーの２店舗目。人気店だけに少し待ちました。さっき食べたばっかりだったから丁度いいインターバル?10分程待ちました。昔なら３軒くらいいけたけど今は２軒で充分。なので中華そば+ソースカツ単体をオーダー。一言で喜多方ラーメンって言っても１軒目の坂内食堂さんとは全然違いました。スープは魚介強目だけど柔らかく、のど越し良いタイプ。麺は個人的にはまこと食堂さんの勝ち。２軒目なのにペロリ食べちゃいました。写真撮ってなかったけどソースカツも美味しかった。会津イメージしてたから、薄っ！って思ってしまったけど。オススメです。 The second store of the Kitakata ramen tour a while ago. I waited for a while only at popular stores. I just ate it, so I waited for about 10 minutes at the right interval ?. I used to go to about 3 houses, but now 2 houses are enough. So I ordered Chinese noodles + sauce cutlet alone. Even if you say Kitakata ramen in a word, it was completely different from the first Bannai Shokudo. The soup is a strong type of fish and shellfish, but soft and smooth. Personally, Makoto Shokudo won the noodles. Even though it was the second house, I ate pelori. I didn't take a picture but the sauce cutlet was delicious. I had the image of Aizu, so it's thin! I thought. I recommend it.
b	bellwood * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the 朝ラー！雪降る中、朝ラーメンを食べにはるばる向かいました！こちらも喜多方ではかなりの有名店との事で初めて伺いました。人気店の為お客様が並ぶ事を想定してか、店の玄関に注文表があるので、食べたいメニューに記入して、店に入って店員さんに渡すシステムの様です。お客様を回す効率も考えられているんですね。早速、チャーシュー麺大盛りにチェックして店員さんへ渡します。 9時頃伺いましたが、だいぶ混み具合も落ち着いた様で、スムーズに入れました。ラーメンの方は若い人には物足りないかもしれませんが、自分には朝はこちらのスープとチャーシューと麺の具合が最高に身体に馴染みます。れんげでスープをすすると、ほっと一息安心できる味で、モチモチの麺とスープの絡み具合も最高です。朝からパンチが欲しい方は近くの坂○食堂さんが良いかも知れませんが、ミドル世代以降の方には朝はこの位の塩味とボリュームが丁度良いと思われます。朝用に計算されている味なのでは！？と思う程に絶妙なバランスのラーメンです。チャーシューガッツリ系ラーメンを朝から入れると胃がもたれちゃうという方にはこちらのチャーシュー麺のチャーシューは本当にピッタリかと思います。自分的にはカツライスも気になりましたが楽しみはまた今度来た時まで取っておきましょう！店員さんも丁寧接客で、朝から気持ち良く食事出来ました！ごちそうさまでした。^_^ the morning ra! As it is a popular store, it seems that there is an order table at the entrance of the store, assuming that customers will line up, so fill in the menu you want to eat, enter the store and give it to the clerk. The efficiency of turning customers is also considered. Immediately check the large serving of char siu noodles and hand it to the clerk. I visited around 9 o'clock, but it seemed that the crowd was calm, so I put it in smoothly. Ramen may not be enough for young people, but in the morning, the soup, char siu and noodles are the best fit for me. When you sip the soup with bricks, the taste is relieved and the entanglement of the chewy noodles and the soup is the best. For those who want punches from the morning, the nearby Saka ○ Shokudo may be good, but for those of the middle generation and beyond, this level of saltiness and volume seems to be just right in the morning. It's a taste calculated for the morning! ?? It is a ramen with an exquisite balance. If you have a stomachache when you add char siu gutsuri ramen from the morning, this char siu noodle char siu is really perfect. I was also interested in cutlet rice, but let's save the fun until the next time! The clerk was also polite and I was able to eat comfortably from the morning! Thank you for the meal. ^ _ ^

But no queues on the last day of a three day weekend (compared to another place nearby that’s overhyped, ahem), quick service, and top five ramen that I’ve ever had. Deserves each of the five stars it’s getting. Make sure to call to check if they’re open on public holidays as Google lists it as closed when it’s not.
