J	J-BOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 橙(だいだい)のラーメン、塩ラーメン、味噌ラーメン、美味しかったです。新しい店舗に移転してから初めて伺いました。スープは豚骨と鶏ガラベースにカツオの風味が立つ美味しいスープです。スープの油は甘みのある鶏油を感じます。一杯一杯をとても丁寧に作られています。麺は朝日屋さんのやや太めの中太麺で、モチモチ感が最高です。以前より縮れが強くなった気がしますが、小麦の甘さが口の中に広がるおいしい麺です。麺の茹で加減も最高の仕上がりです。ここのチャーシューが大好きです。味付け、噛みごたえ、脂身のバランスにはまってしまいました。特に脂身は口の中でとろけてしまい、甘みさえ感じます。チャーシューは喜多方でもトップレベルの美味しさだと思います。味噌ラーメンはかすかにニンニクを感じ、食欲がそそられます。ちなみにお店の玄関を入るとすぐ右側に食券機がありますので、事前にネットでメニューを調べておくと、混雑時に慌てなくてすみます。また、店舗前の道路は一方通行のため、お帰りの際はご注意願います。駐車場はお店の裏に５台分あります。来夢で修行されたご主人のこだわりを感じるラーメン、おすすめです。 The orange ramen, salt ramen, and miso ramen were delicious. m	magoyanくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/9/8新装開店「醤油チャーシュー」は、見た目は別だが、旧店舗時代の「しょうゆ肉」と同じメニュー。スープは濃いめの背脂入りスープ。醤油は地元の醤油醸造元で作られたもの。豚ガラと煮干の旨味とコクが醤油ダレを引き立てる。麺は中太縮れ麺で若干細め。少し固めだがモチモチ食感と程よい弾力がいい。チャーシューは醤油ダレがきいた食べ応えのある豚バラ柔らかチャーシュー。※ 9/8(水)新装開店だが、定休日は以前と同じ毎週水曜日。新店舗は旧店舗の左側の道を入ってすぐ。駐車場は新店舗の脇で5～6台は入るスペース。 2021/9/8 The newly opened "Soy Sauce Char Siu" has a different appearance, but it has the same menu as the "Soy Sauce Meat" from the old store era.
