★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューが豊富で、ご飯も二種類から選べ、お変わりもオッケイでした。店員さんの対応もとってもカンジが良かったです。レジで他県から来ましたと告げましたら「お気をつけて」とお声かけ下さり…ほっこりしました。
 The menu was abundant, you could choose from two types of rice, and it was okay to change. The clerk's response was very good. When I told the cashier that I was from another prefecture, he said "Be careful" ... I was relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方と言う土地柄なのでしょうか？サービス係りの対応が、他のチェーン店(郡山)より落ちますね。喜多方にはランチが出来るお店は少なく、年配者のお客さんも多いので、テーブル、椅子(靴を履いたまま座れるテーブル、椅子)を多くした方が良いと思います。昼食時なのにサービス係りの方も少なく、テーブルに着いた時のマスクを入れる紙袋を何も言わず置いて、これ何？と同席のした人が不思議そうに眺めていました。数週間前郡山市にあるかつ丸に行った時には、係りの女性がしっかりと説明をしてくれていたので、マスク入れとだと言うことを皆にに教えてあげました。同じチェーン店でもこんなにサービスのレベルが低いとは…がっかりしました。寒いにも関わらずドアを開けたまま、希望するテーブルが無いために椅子で待たされました。喜多方には気軽にリーズナブルな料金で美味しい食事が出来るお店は少ないので、こんな事でもお客様は来るんでしょうね。もっと土地柄に合った店作りを望みます。それに比べて郡山のかつ丸のサービス係りの方はマニュアル通りですが、感じよく接客してくれました。チェーン店の統一化はどうなっているんでしようか？これではせっかく美味しい豚カツが…残念です。なので、すみませんが☆１つにさせていただきました。

I would like to create a store that better suits the local pattern. Compared to that, the person in charge of Koriyama's Katsumaru service was as per the manual, but he was happy to serve customers. What about the unification of chain stores? This is a delicious pork cutlet ... sorry. So, I'm sorry, but I decided to make one.

接客も素晴らしく90歳過ぎの祖母を連れていきましたが気を使ってくれて最後には熱いお茶をいただきました。
大満足です!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジャンボかつ定食を食べました。ここのとんかつは柔らかく塩で食べるのが美味しいです。ご飯、キャベツもおかわり自由なので食べ過ぎちゃいます。
I ate a jumbo and set meal. The pork cutlet here is soft and delicious to eat with salt. Rice and cabbage are free to refill, so I eat too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソースカツ丼持ち帰りしました。土曜日の18時ごろ行ったら満席で、10人くらい待ってる人たちがいました。支払い後15分位で受け取ることができました。とてもおいしく、かつボリューミーで大変満足です。値段は高めですがこの大きさこの味なら納得です。やはり人気店のようです。また行きたいお店です！

It's very delicious and I'm very satisfied with the volume. The price is high, but this size and taste are convincing. After all it seems to be a popular store. This is the shop I want to go to again!
