う	うまうまこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューメンとあんかけラーメンを食べてきました。チャーシューメンは少し甘めなのですがちゃんと塩味と旨味がありさっぱりと頂けましたあんかけラーメンはあんかけのみスープが無いタイプです。具沢山で最後まで熱々でした。餃子はにらと少し胡椒が効いていて美味しかったです I ate char siu noodles and ankake ramen. The char siu men are a little sweet, but they have a nice salty and umami taste and are refreshing. Ankake ramen is a type that does not have soup only for ankake. It was hot to the end with lots of ingredients. The dumplings were delicious with a little bit of pepper.
J	J-BOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栄豊のラーメン、美味しかったです。喜多方市に令和３年に新しくオープンされた新店です。ラーメンのスープは豚骨ベースに鶏ガラがやや強めのまろやかなスープです。ラーメンを食べ進めると、煮干しの風味とチャーシューを煮込む際のショウガを感じます。麺は朝日屋さんの中太麺で、朝日屋さん特有のツルツル感が控えめですが、モチモチ感が堪能できる麺です。チャーシューは、やや厚めにカットされ、味付けもスープの味を引き立てています。この美味しさでラーメン600円は驚きです。お店の方も気さくな方で、食事後は店主との会話も楽しめます。中華料理も注文可能です。おすすめです。 Eiho's ramen was delicious. The shop is also friendly and you can enjoy a conversation with the shop owner after a meal. Chinese food can also be ordered. it's recommended.

吉	吉田幸男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヘンに甘いスープ、レトルトのようなチャーシュー、特徴が全く無いラーメンでした。新しい店なので期待しましたがハズレでした。喜多方までわざわざ来たのであれば、他の店に行くことをお勧めします。麺は朝日屋なので麺だけは良いです。 It was a sweet soup, a retort-like char siu, and a ramen with no characteristics. I expected it because it is a new store, but it was a loss. If you come all the way to Kitakata, I recommend you to go to another store. The noodles are Asahiya, so only the noodles are good.
咲	咲saku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていたお店に初来店チャーシュー麺と味噌ラーメンを食べました！醤油は少し甘めの喜多方では少し独特な感じ味噌は優しい感じの味です。でも美味しかったです！チャーシューに関しては豚の匂いが気になったくらいでそれはただのタイミングかと！店主と話してたら新メニューを出すとか色々話されていました(〃ω〃) 今後の伸び代なり色々考えたらもっと美味くなるはずなんで楽しみです！そして中華系のメニューが凄く気になるんで次回挑戦します(˘ ˘) First visit to a store that I've always been interested in I ate char siu noodles and miso ramen!
